“Great Deal, Great People, Great Food”

Our first trip to Fiji, and we would go back. The best thing about the hotel was the staff, with the food a close second. The price was amazingly reasonable. The room was basic, but clean and surprisingly quiet. The location was great, and near the end of the road, so walking in safety was easy. It was also across the street from its own quiet beach. The Outrigger Hotel was within walking distance, so for upscale shopping you could go there. Town was a 90 minute walk, which we did, or a 5 minute taxi ride. A highly recommended place, for not a lot of money.

“Great Fun, Great People, Great Food”

A little off the beaten track but if you're looking for a place to stay on the Coral Coast, away from the crowds of the larger resorts, With fun loving staff and a Five star restaurant the Bedarra is the place. The rooms are spotless and well maintained the beach is across the road, the pool is clean and nothing is a problem. The staff are full of fun and enjoy a joke, but the service is always great. I look forward to heading back.

“Great hotel!”

Bederra Beach Inn is a really nice hotel. We spent only 5nights there but it was reall great. We had a room with terrace in front of the sea, the view was amazing! The restaurant was so good! A lot of choice with typical fidjian dishes (and resonable prices!) I would really recommand this restaurant (and the 'kokoda in lolo'!) The beach is nice but on the coral coast so you don't go there for the white sand beach.. it's more for snorkelling or kayaking. For sunbathing there is a quite small swimming pool but really nice to lay down with your cocktail! There is not so much to do around except relax! But there is 'tours' everyday from the hotel to the main attraction around the Coral Coast. The hotel staff was nice and helpful. There was a band playing fidjan songs every night at the restaurant, so perfect for the holiday atmosphere!

“Bedarra's the Best”

This hotel is like a resort but without the big price tag. We loved the location, the well-manicured grounds and beach, and especially the personal quality service. The staff knows you by name and your enjoyment is their focus. They have a fantastic restaurant with a chef who knows how to make your meal very palatable, beautifully presented, and again very reasonably priced. We liked the outdoor dining area with sea views. The Fijians know how to provide evening musical entertainment that is very relaxing. We loved the quiet, peaceful nature of this hotel with all of its privacy. We wanted a holiday with no TV in the room--internet access is available. If you want a spacious, relaxing, comfortable place to get away from it all--we highly recommend Bedarra Inn!!! You won't be disappointed.

“Real Fiji”

A fantastic hotel with friendly staff and personal attention, not to mention great food with good prices! If you're not after 5 star international branded hotel chain but experience real fiji, you cannot go wrong with this one, located right in mid of the coral coast. No tv/internet in the room but why you need them anyway if you come to relax! Have I mentioned relaxation? Beautiful lagoon at doorstep of the hotel, snorkelling and kayaking equipment provided free of charge...Cannot wait to go back to relax and enjoy slow and peaceful life style.

A nice small resort, The facillities were in top condition. Our room no 27 was very comfortable but had know view. As with most of the Coral Coast the sea swimming wasn't that easy at low tide with reasonably good snorkeling at high water. The pool looked good but we did not use this. The meals were good and reasonably priced.

“Excellent value for money, great service”

Partner, teenage daughter and I stayed three nights on way back from HongKong. Lovely welcoming staff, nothing was too much trouble. Room clean and spacious with crisp decor (although showing a little wear). We had a nice view across the lagoon to the surf break about 300M out on the reef. Stroll across the road (quiet very little traffic, more like a sleepy lane) to the lagoon beach. OK snorkelling here at high tide. View still nice at low tide as the water does not go all the way out. Restaurant nice, on verandah looking out to lagoon - well priced for Fiji at FJD$ 24 - $32 for a main andFJD $9 for dessert, Pizza FJD$24. Happy hour has half price drinks. And the boys on the guitars are great! You can have a kava expereince everynight and listen to their music (no charge). The Internet Cafe service FJD$7 for hald hour $10 for hour. We were told main island of Fiji not very nice but we found location lovely. Took day trip to Coral Cay on Oolala (recommended by hotel) for FJD$170 ea. Free transport from Hotel to Denaru Port to hook up with boat. It was really great, again really nice people who looked after everybody well and great snorkelling. loved the personalised service and we hope to holiday at Bedara again - next time will be longer!

“Amazing secret”

We loved this place. It is such a hidden gem on the Coral Coast. The friendly staff; amazing food; spotless, big rooms; and great beach on the doorstep made it a perfect place to spend a week.

Great holiday, just me and the hubby, left the kids behind for the first time. Everyone welcoming and smiling, lovely staff, great food, nice view, bit windy on the beach but just move to the pool! Very chilled, read 4 books, enjoyed happy hour, the company and the singing! HIghly recommend, hope to come back once over the earthquake! Thanks to everyone.
