Cons: Cleanliness and staff!!

The massage lady was great but that was it. They forgot to pick me up and the taxi driver was sleazy. Not comfortable at all!!!

Overall a great stayPosted Jun 7, 2014
The hotel overall is very good. Rooms are very clean and cleaned daily. Pool is nice and hot tub is a nice bonus. The staff are very friendly. We only had a few drinks in the hotel we didmt eat but spoke to peole who said it was ok. We ate acros the road in an indian and thai place was so yummy! Also the pizza restaurant is great. The breakfast is very basic. Literally toast with jam and butter or weetabix, cornflakes, tea and coffee, orange squash.
Wouldn't stay again.Posted May 28, 2014
Pros: Not much.
Cons: A complete makeover.
Location: Location is great.
Next time I will pay the extra and stay at the Mercure

One Day Stayover.Posted May 5, 2014
Pros: close to the airport.
Cons: better airconditioning.
Location: location was good. I did not do anything else apart from staying over.
I reached the airport and rang up to find if somebody was there to pick us up. The answer was that we come over and we will be reimbursed, that was done and then the next day we were taken to the airport as it was mentioned during the booking. we also had a good breakfast and I was satisfied.

Great 4 night stay... value for money.. nice room for what you pay..lack of service. Wasn"t picked up from airport even after calls..Staff need training in friendliness (Management to note).some cold treatment, like we were an obstruction rather than requesting service for the money we paid...otherwise an excellent trip.. will stay again.

One nighter until boarding cruisePosted Jan 15, 2014
Pros: Value for money
Location: It didn't really apply to us only there for overnight
Everything was great, there was a problem with the plumbing in our first unit so they relocated us very quickly. Whole resort great value for money.

Cheap hotel close to amenitiesPosted Jan 13, 2014
Pros: Just the location and the friendly staff
Cons: Needs real uplift in facilities, and much improved services to be called an international hotel
Location: close to amenities so this was a plus
We found the hotel staff very friendly but the facilities are worn out - needs real uplift to be called an international hotel. E.g. Bar Fridge wasn't working, breakfast was very poor quality; never seen anything like this in hotels in Nadi.

convenient position of hotel, comfy rooms at pool.Posted Nov 7, 2013
Pros: close to the bar, restaurant and pool
Cons: the menu, needs variety
Location: bus is close, taxi at hand, rental cars close by, supermarket and pizza shop next door, markets are either way at a short distance.
had a pleasant week there. Staff very helpful, proficient housekeeping, assist your requirements. Menu is very rigid, bland! Alcohol very cold an pleasant. Will stay again!

Overall pretty good. Customer service at the reception could be alot more welcoming and friendly but overall the staff are quite nice and approachable. Enjoyed the SPA, ladies were very friendly and knew what they were doing and oh so affordable that I end up going daily. Continental breakfast was just right which is included in the rate. The room is spacious with the Bathroom being a little tired but clean. Might as well stay here and then cab it over to the airport as it is a short distance away and much cheaper. Unfortunately we had booked else where or would have stayed a bit longer. The only thing I'll pick on is that they should look at providing milk/creamer with coffee and tea in the room as I was too lazy to go out to the supermarket down the road. Nice relaxing atmosphere around the pool and the bar. Overall very affordable, will stay there again and recommend it to friends.
