Luxury hotel right on beautiful Natadola Beach!

Wonderful, friendly staff. Superb service. I would not say the atmosphere has a lot of Fijian culture but if you are looking for a great resort location for your holiday, this is ideal. Beach is great, pools are lovely, and the choices of restaurants are excellent.

Great Beach.

Cons: The food could be improved. Although it was satisfactory, the choice was limited. Also, the quality did not match the costs.
Beautiful hotel and the staff were lovely. Overall, it was very relaxing!

Beautiful grounds, lovely staff, excellent service

Our American family of four (twin 11 yr olds) just returned from a wonderful vacation. We arrived at 8:30am and were able to check into our room 30 minutes later. The outside lanai area makes room feel very large. I recommend paying a little extra for breakfast buffet every morning. Well worth it. The restaurants are a bit pricey but food was delicious. This resort has tons of young children. This probably isn't the hotel for honeymooners. Lots of Australians too. A small coffee bar would be a great feature to this hotel. Our family created some wonderful memories this week! Awesome stay! It's located right on beach.

Nice staff, and very close to beach

Intercontinental is good to stay, but is very far away to Nadi town, if you would like to try any Chinese restaurant that is not good choose!

Cons: food was excellent for quality, however a little ordinary for seasoning and creativity.
Recommend the beach view rooms for perfect resort experience. Just a pristine, glorious experience here and can't wait to visit again.

Very flash but with some cracks showing

At first glance we fell in love with the hotel! The welcome was amazing and it looked beautiful all lit up. We weren't overly happy by the time we left a week later... 1)it was ludicrously expensive .. activities ie were 40 bucks an hour.. what?! This should be included as the hotel is so expensive as it is! $18 for a Heineken, my god. 2) we had to call reception every single day as room service forgot towels, body wash, took our robes, you name it they forgot it. 3) we wanted to see the real fiji and catch the local bus to nadi but they tried to convince us not to... they wanted to call us a $90 taxi instead and said to go on a tour.. why? Because they wanted us to spend all our money with them. 4) the hotel lacked atmosphere, as far as we knew there were no organised fun activities to get the guests together. I liked the fire show and sanasana dancers though at night. The worst part was when we left there was no one there to even say bye... yes it was 5.45 am but still... The good ... 1) navo was awesome, delicious and worth the money 2) stunning beach 3) loved the private outdoor area with bath!! 4)Staff very friendly! All in all I would probably spend 2 days max here then go somewhere smaller and more intimate. Tips 1)taxi should cost no more than 60 fijian from the airport. 2)catch the local bus to nadi it's 3.50 per person. The hotel will charge you 10 fijian to drive you to the main road 3)hotel taxi is 120 to airport. Don't pay this, get local taxi for 60

Friendly staff, great view,

Pros: I loved the atmosphere, the view, the cocktails, music at night and most of all the friendly staff. BULA
Cons: I would have liked to have seen some Fijian food options on the menu and the price of meals was very expensive.
Location: It is a isolated location, but there is a pool, things for kids to do, the beach is there and for a fee you can go on a boat and snorkel.
We stayed in a club suite and it was worth the extra cost. It was quiet and the breakfast, afternoon tea, canapes and cocktails were fantastic. The staff were brilliant and they are a great asset to the resort, friendly and very helpful.

Location: Golf. A bit pricey so be prepared...
Bula! This beautiful hotel has an exceptional staff. It is also a very family friendly environment. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and everyone we met there greeted us with a smile and a happy "Bula!" We took in back to Texas with us and we are passing it on...Bula! What fun!

Wouldn't stay anywhere else now!

Pros: Diverse bars and restaurants to choose from. The adults only pool and restaurant option. The beach front location. The friendly and accomodating staff
Cons: A few things have a little wear and tear like the pool chair cushions but I am really just being picky, it was hard to fault
Location: It was so nice we didn't really need to leave the resort but we did the Robinson Crusoe island visit which was hilarious and leaves close by.
We got married here and had 33 guests plus children come and stay, everyone loved it. The bars and restaurants were diverse and the adults only breakfast restaurant was lovely too for us not having kids. The pools (adults only and kids) were great and the poolside drinks and food service was a real treat. The staff were fantastic and made the stay. The beachfront location is beautiful. Well worth spending the extra to stay here.
