“Probably the best choice if you need to stay in this area”

I stayed for a night since I had business near Nadi airport. This is a nice 3 star hotel with nice furnishings and gardens. It is near a main road but still quiet at night. You can walk to many restaurants and bars nearby. I'll definitely stay again. Breakfast was a bit expensive. I probably should have walked out of the hotel and got something locally. My wake up call didn't happen, but that didn't matter since I set the phone alarm too. The internet scheme in the room has quite complex pricing. If you have your own laptop and dongle then I suggest buying a data sim card at the airport instead of using the hotels own internet. These are all very minor quibbles. Generally this is a great place. I have stayed at a few of the mid-price hotels in this area and I like this the best.

I ahve stayed in the Mercure before and this time was just as good. The staff are great and the facilities are clean. The hotel is close to Namaka, Nadi and teh airport. I'll be staying there again.

As a frequent traveller to Fiji, I have stayed here before and I believe it is the best budget hotel in Nadi. Have tried other hotels in the price range, but they don't compare. You can walk to many eateries from the hotel and catch the bus or taxi outside for a trip into town. Once inside the hotel you do not know you are so close to the main road. Try the Sitar Indian restaurant which is a couple of minutes walk from the hotel or The Saffron in town. The Wishbone is also a couple of minutes walk for a hamburger or snack. For the young (not me) there are bars within walking distance as well. The staff are always great and the rooms are always clean. Will be back.

The Hotel staff at the Mercure were very helpful. The location is perfect and close to all ammenities. The cleaning staff very cheerful and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable, although the airconditioning wasn't the best. But on the whole, a delightful place to stay and I will definately recommend staying at the Mercure in Nadi.

“Great stop over”

This is a great place right near the airport (5 mins on the free shuttle bus). The rooms are lovely and the pool area is nice and relaxing. It is in a perfect spot right next door to a fabulous restaurant called Bounty. Will definitely stay here again.

“My Mecure experience”

I had a wonderful time at the Mecure in Nadi, Fiji. The hotel is well maintained and their is a welcoming feel about the place. The staff are exceptionally warm, sincere and friendly. My only suggestion is they upgrade their tab & credit card facility. Currently one has to sign for everything including food and drinks purchased. Upgrade the system for security reasons and all the customer to use their four digit PIN instead of having to sign for every transaction.

All the staff were so helpful and couldn't do enough for us. The location in Nadi is so convenient being close to shops and transport, but you would never know the hotel is located on the main road. All rooms look onto beautiful gardens and swimming pool. We have previously stayed in larger resorts, which for our style of holiday found them to be too isolated. The only negative would be the restaurant food. Not great quality and a bit expensive. But this wasn't really a problem for us as we've been to Fiji a few times and have our favorite eateries. There's a great bakery in the shopping complex two doors down as well a FANTASTIC & CHEAP restaurant called Anna's. This hotel was perfect for our 10 day trip. Will definitely be going back!

“Relaxing Stay”

I have traveled extensively across the pacific on business and this hotel stay was on our holidays. We stayed one night as a stop over on our way to the islands and we can highly recommend this hotel for a couple of comfortable nights. We didn't eat here except for breakfast and the presentation of the fruit, cereals, pastries etc was great and everything tasted fresh. Some of our friends who also stayed at the hotel on the same night decided they would come back the following week following our island trip.
