Good Resort, exceptional staff.

Posted Sep 26, 2014
Four of us stayed at Naviti in September. It is a good value Resort with several good food options and many organised activities. You can do as much or as little as you want. The standout is the friendly, helpful staff who go out of their way to make your stay fun and enjoyable. We'll be going back, and soon.

Great location and great hospitality

Posted Sep 25, 2014
Pros: The friendliness of all the staff, the beachside location, the beutiful gardens, hammocks on the beach front and great swim up bar.
Cons: Beds could be firmer, wifi was very slow and dodgy and often not working at all. iPod docks and players in rooms would be great.
Location: Beachside location provides opportunity for plenty of water activity including kayaking and snorkelling. Massages in village next to resort.
Naviti is a large beachside resort set in extensive beautiful tropical gardens. It provides a range of resteraunt and eating options which were all very good, especially The Bamboo Terrace (best Chinese food ever backed up by exceptional service). Has it's own golf course, gymnasium, tennis courts and a large clean well maintained pool with well shaded swim up bar. Garden view rooms have spacious verandas with pleasant views of surrounding gardens. Rooms were fine although beds were a little too soft. Staff at the resort were fantastic, very friendly and happy in their work. Great resort for families and fabulous for couples without kids. Buffet breakfasts were as good as any we've had although not extensive in variety of food. The Egg Man was very popular at breakfast and the coffee is reasonable.

Great Family Friendly hotel

We took the Studio Villa option as we were kids-free this holiday- well worth it! Staff were excellent and the additional use of the sister hotel, the Warwick, was a great change too.

Naviti Resort

Posted Sep 17, 2014
Pros: The staff and the atmosphere of the hotel.
Location: We did the ATV/quad bike adventure tour which was great fun, through the mountains and smaller villages about 30 mins from the Naviti Resort.
My partner and i have recently come back from our week long trip to Fiji staying at The Naviti Resort. We had an amazing time and would really recommend to couples and families to stay at this hotel. The staff are so friendly and accomodating and really go out of their way to make you feel like family!! We stayed in a garden view room which was very comfortable and spacious! The food was delicious, we really enjoyed eating out at the Talei restaraunt, service was great and the live music was lovely to listen to!! The Naviti Resort will always hold a special place in our hearts as my partner proposed to me there and it definitely was the perfect place to be to create this wonderful memory!! Thank you Naviti!!

Great cheap Fiji experience!

Posted Sep 16, 2014
The staff was great (cleaning staff, baby sitters, the chef was making great purées for my 6 months old daughter) rooms are really good, the resort is very beautiful, just food was OK and the activities disappointing: no windsurf available as mentioned online and hard to find out when the snorkelling boat goes out! Great thing is the bus going to the Warwick resort, with its amazing beach and great cocktails;) Overall it's a great cheap Fiji option!

Pros: Location, rooms very roomy. entertainment in the evening.
Cons: food option deals, choices of menus for people not on inclusive deals
Location: warwick hotel, within the grounds 2 very good restaurants, local bus at entrance takes you to sinatonga
Arriving at the hotel we found the room we asked for 2 double beds was not provided, this was sorted out quickly luckily as by this time its turned 1000pm down for food only to be told three options of the snack meal available only, so not a good start. Things improved and we found the staff very friendly, room cleanliness very good. We did not want the fully inclusive as this works out at $90 a day for 2 meals and seeing as we don't drink we would not get our monies worth. Should be a cheaper rate for food only.

Customer service in some areas questionable.

Posted Sep 12, 2014
Pros: The entertainment, the lovely manicured garden grounds, the room service staff, the cocktail prices and the Bamboo Terrace restaurant.
Cons: The bathrooms in some of the buildings need an update, they need a new main restaurant and some new, friendlier staff and some new gym equipment.
Location: The location is a bit far from the main tours etc unless you want to go to Suva or Sigatoka. Didn't get a chance to visit anywhere nearby.

Great family getaway

Posted Sep 9, 2014
Great facilities and awesome entertainment for guests of different ages. Great pool facilities; friendly staff; clean rooms and other facilities. Food was tasty and rich in variety. The two restaurants were also on the site with reasonable prices. I would recommended all inclusive deal as it works out to be cheaper. Off site beauty huts are ok for massage and hair braids however skip the pedicures, not the best quality. Visit Local village and enjoy the welcoming ceremony with kava

Close to the beach, personnel very polite...

Posted Sep 7, 2014
Pros: Position and the view
Cons: Lots of things could be improved. There should be more local sea food on offer, freshly caught instead of frozen and from AU and NZ.
Location: The best thing to do is explore surrounding area on your own or with locals
Everything is pretty much OK. Accommodation is up to expectation, people nice, food good enough. Only negative I very much dislike "no cash" policy, so everything is charged to the room number but personnel doesn't give or offer any copy of docket, so it's easy to lose track.
