Under no circumstances Stay here.

The bar fridge is actually warm. The hotel diya and surrounding is so dirty. The staff are decent, they can only do what they've been given. My room didn't have a door in the bathroom. So embarrassing. I asked for the sheets to be changed and they just placed my old sheets back on the bed. The shower has no pressure. I may as well put water in my mouth and spit it back out. Worse food ever.

Bula Ben ,Thank you for your comments and we wish to let people know that its not that remote as it is just 10 minutes from the airport and 15 mins to the main town center. we did have a few maintenance issues but that has been take care of and we do have a a very competitive price for our rooms.once again thank you for the reviews as we take it very seriously and also gauge our property on it as well. Pros: The lovely Fijian Staff and the lovely pool.
Cons: OMG! where to start..... The road in needs to be more accessible. Serious advertising and sign posting. Hardly anyone knew of the place.
Location: Out in the sticks! Nothing to do near by.
Manhao, as advised is quite out of town. Wouldn't of been an issue if you didn't have to negotiate with the cab drivers everyday on a fare price to pay. This wore us down so we hired a car! The hotel seriously needs TLC, something seriously wrong if this place is only three years old! Although rooms were ok, beds like sleeping on a rock, the pigeons need to be exterminated from the ceiling cavity! The complementary breakfasts need to be streamlined, rather than in 'dribs & drabs'. I think under the circumstances the lovely staff do their very best. The lack of guests around the place at any one time causes for a very deserted and sad place, hence a very flat atmosphere, not like all the other resorts we spent our days and nights at in Denarau. I wonder what plan they have in place to rectify this??? The pool was lovely and well maintained. I'm sad because this could be a very lovely resort, Hopefully someone with a huge cash injection can give it its dignity back and more people will visit. All in all, really, it was just a place to shower & sleep for us. As for sleep, I should of listened to the reviews about the rock hard beds and all its issues and re-thought our accommodation. Sorry but I cant recommend to my friends and will not return, maybe to see if it is still there in the future. Good luck to SSS Manhao.

Our stay at the hotel was a wonderful experience. The manager Brian made us feel like royalty. He was so informative and guided us in makiing decisions about our activities and meals. He really showed that he cared about the guest at the hotel. The hotel was quiet, peaceful and relaxing. There were two staff members, Ronnie and Weis who greeted us eveyday with a warm bula and smile. They made us feel extra special and we appreciated their hospitality. If we ever return to Fiji, we will certainly book to stay at the Sss Manhao.

Bula, yes we do have a great and big pool and now we make sure our services are great as well esp in all our departments as we want to create a wow factor to our guest and lastly information on such things is not true at all we would even invite people to come over and see it for themselves so seeing is believing. so please we would really appreciate if you comment on genuine issues rather than make up issues that not even close to the truth. Thank you Manhao Hotel
