The hotel was very clean and the indoor pool was nice. The front desk staff were professional and helpful. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Room worked out great and mini-fridge very useful. Only negative thing is that the room key did not work and it was inconvenient to have to go back to the front desk.

“Falls well short”

The Comfort Suites are not suites. They are one big bedroom separated by waist high counters to mark the sleeping side from the living side. Thus there is no sleeping by one roommate, while the other watches TV or reads in a true living room with a door like true hotel suites have. Desk clerk initially gave us one night on the room key rather than the four we reserved through Expedia. She never did adequately show us where the elevator to our room was; we spent minutes looking for it. Room walls are thin... ordinary conversation can be heard next door. Housekeeping is unreliable; they failed to show one day and left us with dirty towels and such for the day. The towels are rough; they probably never saw fabric softener. And the drinking glasses are plastic. Breakfasts are a joke... greasy cold sausage links and egg patties that bear little resemblance to scrambled eggs.

“Fitness Center = Worthless”

The fitness center had a treadmill and elliptical that didn't work. The multi purpose weight machine was off kilter and basically pointless. The drawers in the nightstands were dirty. The pizza delivery guy had a tattoo of the local area code on his face, among other tattoos....on his face.

“Disappointing for relatively new hotel”

Carpet was filthy - got black dirt on our bare feet. Housekeeping was bad on first day - did not replace towels, room not cleaned well. Second day was much better and we tipped the housekeeper well for it. The lock on our door was out of line and so did not close properly without much effort - reported to maintenance but not fixed while we were there. The scrambled eggs at breakfast were pitiful - everything else was OK. The property is reasonably new but is in need of general maintenance and sprucing up.
