This stunning inlet, a narrow beach on the Tyrrhenian surrounded by high cliff walls, is said to have been a hiding place for bandits in times gone by. The picturesque buildings from the old village seem to climb up the rock face in the traditional style of the Amalfi coast, and there is a small museum in the old paper mill. A path leads visitors to the colorful village of Furore above.
