LOUD hotel rooms, wet carpet on floor

Pros: location
Location: fishermans wharf, shopping w/in walking distance
Room on the 3rd floor situated directly across from a bus depot was incredibly loud. Ceilings are paper thin and the people upstairs sounded like elephants stomping around. Spots on the carpet floor were soaking wet. $50 for parking. $15 for internet. Great location but the rooms are super disappointing.

Location fine but noisy

Cons: Include breakfast
Location: Very close to the main attractions by Fisherman's Wharf
Hotel was fine but there was construction around the building that even continued into the night. That was our only major complaint.

Very nice hotel. Right from the get go, the front desk personal were very good at their job. The restaurant has good food. House keeping very good.Nice little lounges outside with gas heaters. All around a very good stay.

Sadly disappointed.

After staying at the Sheraton we were amazed that the facility was so run down and lacking at everything from the location to the old towels and loud guest both above our room and in hall way.Did I mention we killed many brown spiders and that we had to stand in bathtub to close bathroom door! Does anyone know what happened to microwave and refrigerator that comes with the room?

Place is ok but....

Shocked about $50 @ day charge for car self parking. Closet was tiny. Best thing was closeness to Fisherman's Wharf but other hotels were closer or as close as this one. Staff was ok. Some were friendly others not so much.

Good location, suited our needs for Girls' Night

Pros: Check in was quick and staff was friendly. The beds were comfortable.
Cons: There was a huge spider in the bathroom and I had to kill it without alerting the other girls.
Location: Great location. One of the girls was up early and went for a walk to Fisherman's wharf. She loved the view of the water so close to the hotel.
A group of girls and I wanted a hotel that wasn't too costly where we could crash after a night out in the city. This hotel was great for that since it had ample street parking and was close to North Beach/ Polk. The beds were comfy and the blackout curtains were great.

관광하기 좋은 위치에 있으나 외부 소음 및 층간 소음이 있어 불편했다. 냉장고가 유료여서 아쉽다.
