I was a little disappointed this time when visiting. Ive visited before and evwrything was perfect but i had a few issues this time.
The first issue was yellow stains on the pillow cases and comforter, we tried to call.the front desk but remained on hold for a while so we just took the pillow cases off and covered the comforter
The second issue was a very inconvenient miscommunication error on the hotels part. I was imformed that in order to have food delivered to the resort, i jad to pick it up from the lobby. The lobby is quite a distance away from where we were staying and there was little to no parking. I left to go get my food only to find out that aftwr standing in the lobby for 20 mins the delivery driver was at my hotel door, which was odd because the worker i spoke to said that security would not allow them to do that. I then returned back to my hotel room but had to drive around for 20 minutes because someone had taken my parking spot and there were no available parking spots left. I spoke to the manager about the inconvenience and she said there was nothing she could do about anything that happened.
Also our neighbors next door to us were extremely loud but yet again we could not say or do anything about it because every time we call the front desk we were placed on a hold for a while.
While im pretty sure ill be back seeing as this resort is amongst my favorites, i definitely did not have the same experience i had before
