“Won't go there again”

This used to be a premier motel in Flagstaff when it first opened, but it has gone down hill over the years. The parking lot was pot holey, the door stuck and was hard to open and close, Several amenities that one would expect in a hotel were missing: no shampoo, not enough hand towels, no phone directory, no hair dryer, iron, microwave or fridge. Blanket on king bed was way too narrow, didn't even come to edges of bed. Asked for a wake up call and they rang 15 minutes early. Could have used those extra minutes.

“Study in Contrasts”

This hotel was strainge. By that I mean it was nice in some ways and bad in others. Pros: Highway convenient, clean, good-looking office staff, FREE WIRELESS INTERNET. Cons: No A/C, 1970's styling, but most importantly, the TRAIN COMES THROUGH ACROSS THE STREET ABOUT EVERY HOUR, and it's LOUD.

“Disgusting and awful”

This place was definitely not what I expected. There were no towels in my room, there was no toilet paper, and my room key didn't work 99% of the time. There were people hanging over the banisters, and housekeeping did not clean my room at all.

“Don't book this hotel, It is Horrible”

Hotel is really really bad. Lot of noise, showers not working, rest room light is not working, restroom door is not working, poor bedding, worn off comforters. We went to hotel at 9:00 AM, receptionist said we are early to check in so We need to pay early checkin fee which is 30 dollors. After we pay she assigned with one room which is spacious but with all above problems.

“BAD experience!!!!”

HAIR on the sheet, air does not work, water that half way comes out of the showerhead, housekeeping that comes around early, only nice thing is very nice soft towels.

“Can't believe they promote this place.”

No breakfast. Poorly cleaned/stocked rooms. Not recommended.

“How are you still in business?”

I would never go back to this location, I would rather pay more money for comfort.

“Stay away of this "hotel"”

You'll be better everywhere else than in this "hotel"(how did they get classification for hotel?). Customer services does not exist.

“Worst Hotel ever”

This was the worst hotel I have seen in my life. there are 4 buildings to it and the 3 in the back are old, dirty and completely unacceptable for any human being. we had reserved a non-smoking room and were offered a smoking room in the last building where the room looked shabby and was dirty. We asked to be moved to different room immediately and they made it possible and moved us to the first building closer to the street which seems to be "renovated" (kind of). this room was 100% better but still bad compared to normal hotels in that range and it still smelled a little like cigarettes. the sheets looked used and were all crumbled as if someone had just got up. it was loud and noisy all night long and the bed was saggy. in contrast to what was promised there was only soap in the room, no shampoo or lotion. i asked for hair dryer in the morning and it literally burned in my hand. nevertheless the staff was nice but that doesn't help with an experience like that.
