Very old furniture and overall roomPosted Dec 30, 2013
Cons: Remodel everything. Put ESPN on the TV.
Location: Location is at the end of the street. Still walking distance. There are many shops to look at.
The bed is probably 30 years old, hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were flat. The rooms should have been remodeled 15 yrs ago.

Very very basicPosted Dec 29, 2013
Seemed clean but old. Off putting appearance. Staff was very friendly and quickly switched out our TV when it blew. No hair dryer.

Avoid at all CostPosted Dec 2, 2013
Cons: Customer Service, update the infrastructure i.e. drafty windows, moldy rug, poor HVAC
Location: Location is great, close to major highway supermarket and restaurant
Rude staff, mold under the rug, owner would not show room prior to making you sign some sort of penalty agreement of some sort. Staff very rude, kind of place you rent by the hour, avoid at all cost.

Not great, no heating or extra blankets.Posted Nov 30, 2013
We checked in and were charged extra than the Expedia price (only a few dollars but still). Room was extremely basic. TV was old and faulty, half the picture was green. No mini fridge or extras. No heating or extra blankets. Was cheap but I have had better for the same price. Wouldn't recommend.

poor conditionPosted Aug 27, 2013
Cons: Everything....room needs refurnishing, floor needs to be made stable, bedding needs to be replaced, bathroom fittings need repair
Location: great location
Room was in poor condition, though clean at least. The bedding had holes, the floor of room very unstable, when one person was taking shower, the floor of the room felt like earthquake tremors. No Shower head, loud fans on roof going all night long. Very overpriced for condition of Motel...would have a hard time considering this to be America's BEST VALUE INN !!

you pay what you get forPosted Aug 6, 2013
This is really just a cheap place to spend the night and that is all. It's about a 10 min drive from all the casinos so you will need transportation aka a car. It's definitely not fancy, just your typical hotel by the road don't expect much.

Nice and quiet hotel close to town and not too farPosted Jul 11, 2013
Pros: The room and all areas were definitely clean, this was the first thing one noticed as we walked in. We liked the swimming pool as well.
Cons: Breakfast food, too sweet. Maybe more variety like yoghurt on ice, breakfast toast/ jelly, frozen waffles. Add a fridge and toaster.
Location: Bearizona, we were disappointed! Too overpriced! Grand Canyon , a true " Must See" We liked that there was a Safeway grocer nearby.
We enjoyed our stay here , relaxed and felt comfortable in our non-smoking room. We were surprised to find a small fridge ! After living from a cooler for two weeks that was great. The microwave worked, although the food needed more time to be heated. The shower was great, all the things we needed was in good working condition.
