Awesome staff! Clean, great continental breakfast, boys enjoyed swimming in the indoor pool in the middle of winter, quiet, and just a relaxing atmosphere!! We will be Back!! Thank U!!!

“Comfortable, great location, and a great deal”

They offered a Black Friday weekend deal that was 50% off, so I got the chance to stay in a Deluxe Suite (which is high class for me!) The room was comfortable, well-stocked with complimentary toiletries, and clean. Although it's in east Flagstaff 3 miles from downtown, it was the perfect location because its proximity to the highways make day trips easy. The continental breakfast was delicious and the employees staffing it, and the front lobby desk, were both incredibly nice. Also -- important to mention -- no bed bugs, hooray!!

The only problem we had wad that when booking our hotel we were not told the rollaway bed would barely fit in the room. Then when I called to confirm, the hotel didn't even know we needed to a rollaway bed. When after told me it would barely fit, the rollaway bed there was nothing I could do. So we just made do. The breakfast was great and the free newspaper was awesome. This hotel will definitely be where we stay when we come to Flag.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, great having 2 bathrooms! Breakfast was good and had a very nice room to eat in.

Overall I was very happy with this hotel. It was simple and small, so not a hotel for the pretentious, ritzy people. You want high class you will have to pay a lot more. It was great for the price. It was nothing fancy, just a nice place to sleep. The rooms were clean and heater worked well (we went in the winter). The staff were friendly. The breakfast was great as well. I liked the location of it also. I would stay there again.

It was convenient, the staff was super friendly, the continental breakfast was satisfying. Overall a good hotel. The rooms were small but I cant complain.

“Definitely Coming Back!”

Reasonably priced and comfortable. The hotel staff provided me with a quiet room as per my request and I had no problems sleeping throughout my 2 night stay there. Everything was clean and pleasing. The only improvement I would make is for breakfast. Coffee was watered down & some of the pastries were way too sweet - at least for my taste bud. Anyhow, I would definitely come back to stay in this hotel!

“Not bad but pricey for the kind of place it was.”

Room was clean and comfortable enough. Only problem was squeeking constantly from the room above. Whoever was up there walked back and forth continuously making the floor squeek. Then there was frequent sounds that sounded like bad bed springs.
