Where's the desk person?

Pros: Clean, facilities, near a bunch of stores but not in the middle of a rowdy, crazy area
Cons: Available staff at all times.
Location: We just watched bad tv and ordered pizza. NiMarco's veggie pizza made everyone happy, and some of us are meat eaters...just a good pie. *BURP*
Clean, majestic hotel atop a little hill, with a front desk person who is sometimes available.

Pros: Everything was nice and clean.
Cons: Staff could have been a little more friendly.
Location: This was close to everything we did in Flagstaff. Good hiking. Close to the university.
We had a lovely stay here. We had a huge room that was super clean. We enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit as well.

Pros: the view

Location: its a good location, the driveway is narrow
I didn't like the idea of spending two hundred and twenty dollars and not having a complimentary breakfast.

What's that smell?

Nice hotel, but our room reeked of some unnatural odor. The first night, an attendant came by with some odor neutralizing spray, which worked a little bit for a little while, and a gift bag. But the odor persisted. When we got back to our room the second day, it was even worse. The staff brought an ionizer, which was loud, and only minimally reduced the odor in our room. Both Marriott employees agreed they could smell the odor and that it was pretty obnoxious. Because it was a busy weekend, Marriott did not offer to change our room. You would think, for more than $200 per night, we wouldn't have to put up with such a basic annoyance. But all we got when we complained was "sorry about that". Yeah, I bet you are. I could have paid a lot less for a much more comfortable stay.

Pros: The bedroom decor'
Location: beautiflu scenery and has a great mountain view.
The overall atomsphere was pleasant. The hotel was at a great location. Dining and shopping are at a walking distance. The entire Hotel staff was pleasant and wanted to make sure that everything was alright.

Nice, but hard beds

Location: Good location.
This was a nice place, but the bed was hard as a rock. I couldn't get comfortable. The pool had too much chlorine in it. It burned your eyes. And there was no free body lotion. That would have been nice, with the chlorine.
