Room was clean, we got warm cookies on arrival on this cold night. Sauna and jacuzzi not working properly would have been a plus if they were.

Thank you for your feedback! We did have a challenge with our jacuzzi due to a leak. We've fixed it as of yesterday (3/16) and it's back up and running. So sorry that this impacted your stay but hope you'll be able to return and enjoy very soon.

Pros: I liked the gym, it was neat and organized. It was big enough considering I only saw one other person using the facility during my stay.
Had a fun time in Flagstaff while staying at the Double Tree. The facility was decent and the service was fine. I have stayed at other Double Tree hotels and this one was just missing something. It wasn't bad, just not a great as what I have come to expect. I would stay here again.

Nice hotel good place to stay

Pros: Most everything
Cons: The hall carpet need to be replaced. It had a split seam in several places.
Location: Good location close to sites and Route 66
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby was a good place to sit and chat with friends.

Cons: room service! food was cold and tasteless.
Location: not much
staff was generally very friendly and helpful. AC worked well and was quiet!

Room had everything for a nice weekend! Just wish there was a microwave in the room and not in the hotel lobby

Lovely hotel, close to highway

The front desk person was very nice, I drove in close to midnight so I didn't really get to enjoy the amenities but they have complimentary breakfast and in the room they have most of what you need. Very nice room, bed is a 3 out of 5 for comfy but I still slept fine.

Everything as described and clean. I called and asked for a crib and they offered to assign me a room right the and put it in the room ahead of time. So super helpful!
