Great location with covered parking. Staff was so friendly, everyone was awesome! They even printed a document for work that we unexpectedly needed while there. So helpful! The evening snack buffet with drinks was great and breakfast was not your ordinary hotel breakfast. Very good!

Room was spacious for the price my only complaint is rooms feel dark and some updating would be good. Beds were comfortable even the sofa bed. room was clean loved the Route 66 artwork. Staff was cheerful and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was really good and had enough options.

the food service was a big and pleasant surprise for our family! The staff were friendly and the pool was a big hit with our kids at the end of a long travel day. One drawback was that our room was only cleaned on one day out of three nights stay and even then it was only half done - almost like someone started and then forgot to return (one bed was made, the other one wasn't).

I wish I would have had dinner there as I had a kid with me and he's picky and would have ate the food there just fine. Everything great only odd thing was no fan or lock in bathroom in king 2 bed?

Friendly staff at the check in. The eating area and the lobby had plenty of seating and was comfy. Kickback food was simple but we didn’t have to go back out to get dinner after a long drive so that was a big plus. They had hot dogs, bbq pork sliders, bbq beans, Mac& cheese, salad, etc. the line for the adult drinks was long but the staff was doing their best to expedite the process. Breakfast was good - eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuits, waffles in addition to cereals, fruit and yogurt. It snowed the night we stayed and the front staff suggested using the garage parking and we were so glad she did. There is a covered bridge access to/from garage parking on the 2nd floor which made it very easy. We didn’t use the pool, fitness area or laundry but they looked ok. We will definitely stay again when we visit Flagataff.
