“Adequate +”

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful and quickly solved few problems I had. Room was a bit small for our family and all our luggage - but was adequate for a weekend trip. Continental breakfast included juice, milk, coffee, cereal, toast and "make your own" waffles.

“Uncomfortable bed”

We booked this hotel for a last minute trip to Flagstaff. The staff was very friendly, despite the angry traveler in front of me in line at the desk. The breakfast was decent - you could make your own fresh waffles if you wanted to. The room was clean and well cared for. My main problem was with the bed. It was one of the hardest and most uncomfortable I have ever slept on. I hardly slept at all for the two days we were there. It might just depend on your preference for firmness, but I felt like I was sleeping on a piece of plywood. The other disappointment to me was the swimming pool. While it does exist, the maximum capacity listed was 12 - and I would say that is only if the 12 of you are very good friends. It was incredibly tiny, as was the hot tub. Other than those two things, I would recommend the hotel for the location (right next to the freeway, gas stations, food, etc.) and the staff.

“Comfy stay”

Hotel was fine for our stay as we only needed one night. It was very clean, quiet and very comfortable. It fit our needs. I would stay here again .

“Not impressed for the price”

The staff was nice enough. Our room left something to be desired. The wall paper was peeling off and it looked like there could be mold. The continental breakfast was average.

“Extremely disappointed.”

The floor had food and some type of medication on the floor. There was no shampoo. The towels were way too small for adults. Way too high priced for what we got. We will never stay there again.
