“It is what it is”
not well maintained
“decent!”
Our stay was really decent! Clean room and friendly staff. Room was spacious. The down sides--and they weren't severe: walls, thin pillows. Very sparse breakfast.
“It works”
Not to expensive and clean
“Toast for breakfast”
Clean hotel with basic amenities. Towels were frayed, but clean. Sheets were rough, but again clean. Only three pillows, not the usual four, so watching tv was out for one of us. Loved the notice that so many people loved their super thin frayed towels that they were going to charge you for them at $12 each if they were taken. Mattress was fine and the light coming around the curtains did not keep me up. Breakfast was from the poorer part of the continent: toast, hot oatmeal packets, the world's tiniest blueberry muffins, apples and oranges. The orange juice was good. Overall, if you are looking for a place to sleep on the way back to California, this will do, but expect the bare minimum. They got the "Economy" part of the name down well, but not the price.
“In a Pinch, it will do”
Ya gets what ya pay for, in a pinch it will do, although that kid screaming at 6 in the morning was annoying.
“Pretty bad experience”
Hotel check-in took forever, the room had various holes in the wall, coffee maker was broken, some of the lights in the room did not work. Air conditioning was a piece of junk that left our room hot the entire night and morning. Beds were uncomfortable and the room was just pretty crappy in general. Definitely will not stay here or recommend this hotel to anyone. There are hotels across the way that are similar price and type but are much cleaner and nicer all around.
“okay; but wouldn't choose without Expedia price”
Front desk manager was not friendly. Poor selection with breakfast. Put into a smoking room instead of nonsmoking. Location was great, deal was good; but I was not satisfied with the service. Room was clean.
“Comfortable and Simple”
It was a nice little hotel comfortable and perfect for a one night stay with a nice heated swimming pool and has a good location.
“Half way home”
We routinely stop in Flagstaff since it is half way to Albuquerque and make the morning drive bearable. Hotel is one of the better priced hotels. Older but in good shape and close to hwy 40. Pool is heated and nice. Hotel allows pets which is a plus.
“Not so much. .”
You get what you pay for. This hotel is an older hotel that needs alot of updates especially linens. The pillows were HORRIBLE! Other than that the hotel wasnt the worse I have stayed in.
