“john doe”
I could fill every springs in the bed. I was sore in the morning and sound carried into the rooms from outside.
“not a pleasant experience”
The walls were paper thin. I thought the screaming baby next door was in my room. The bed was extremely hard. The lighting was poor. Felt very run down. Hardly slept
“Great location”
We have been to Williams many times, but this was the first time we stayed at this hotel. We were very happy with our room, the view out the front was very pretty, and it was very convenient to the downtown shops and restaurants. The people who ran the hotel were very friendly and courteous. I would definitely stay here again!
“Will not return”
Room was literally falling apart...fixtures were falling off the wall, doors squeeked, lights didn't work, and the room lacked normal amenities like a mini refrigerator. The staff was helpful enough, and the location was fine, but we will find somewhere else to stay next time.
“Bugs in bed!!!”
Bugs in bed!!!
“Don't expect to get clean”
Shower was horrible. No shower head and water trickled out. Water from sink was often brown.
“Good value stay for visit to Grand Canyon”
Located on Rte 66, this property provided good value for over night stay. Rooms are comfortable and clean, but need to be updated.
“Nice Stay”
a good place to stay for people going to grand canyon. the canyon is 50miles away from williams but is still worth it. there was a great gun fight show in the evening besides the hotel. friendly staff, decent rooms for the price, great continental breakfast.
“fair value”
just an average room for a basic price.
“Recommend staying in Williams when you visit Grand Canyon.”
Nice clean hotel. The rooms are medium sized, very clean and airconditioned. Service of the hotel is great and staff is really friendly. Breakfast is great. Just across the hotel there is an traditional steak house, the best steaks we ever had! We stayed here 2 days on our visit to Grand Canyon. Would recommend this hotel to fellow travellers!
