Pros: Friendly staff was generous with towels and pillows.
Cons: The pool seemed dirty
Location: Location was amazing! Great town!
Great place. I didn't like the fact that I had to pay extra for a roll away bed.

Great location for visiting WilliamsPosted Aug 14, 2013 on Hotels.com
Large rooms, comfortable beds, great location, and nice admenities. Only missing was MSNBC on the cable TV line up. Staff was really great. We will stay here again if we find ourselves in Williams Az. again.

We decided to take a trip out West with family and had a hard time finding rooms near the Grand Canyon. We were concerned about possibly getting the "left-overs", but was pleasantly surprised with our room, location and price. We enjoyed our stay and would choose this place again.

This hotel was nice and convenient to the train station. The door on our room was very frustrating to try to open. You had to make sure it was slammed in order to re-open it. Took many tries to get in. The room was very dark - poor lighting and the light in the bathroom was over the toilet instead of the sink and very low. The staff was friendly but not real knowledgeable about modern technology and that was a bit frustrating. I wasn't asked for a credit card to put on file when we checked in so I couldn't charge anything to the room. When I tried to have them add my credit card it was such a process and took so long I finally said forget it. If I were going to take the train to the Grand Canyon again I would definitely stay here because of it's location to town and the train depot, but now I know what to expect.

Way too expensive for what kind of room you get. It's not any bigger than an average room.

Nice hotel at the Grand Canyon Rail Station.Posted Jul 29, 2013
Pros: Location Location Location
Cons: Offer breakfast with the price or lower the price to reflex the overpriced buffet
Location: In downtown Williams close to the historic district.. Can't ask for more
The room was nice however the stain on the bedspread was disgusting. The room cleaner ignored it so I took to some one else. Makes one question how clean the rest of the bed was and the toilet could have used a good scrub at the under rim. Overall one is paying for location. Other hotels down the street were cheaper and offer a continental or hot breakfast too.
