“They're trying very hard...”

This may not be the newest hotel, and to create "suites" they just bricked up 1 outside door of connecting rooms, but they've obviously put some effort into making this a nice place to stay. The person at the counter when we checked in was extremely friendly and helpful. The coffee maker, microwave, and 2 bathrooms makes this a really nice place to stay without spending a bundle.

“Excellent Find”

Excellent Hotel close to downtown. Room was very clean and beds very comfortable. The hotel staff was very professional and the hot breakfast in the morning was good. Great place to stay for a couple of days if your in Flagstaff.

“well maintained older hotell!!!!”

Great staff! excellent breakfast! Hotel shows its age but rooms were clean and well maintained. Some problems with WIFI (Vista compatability???) but other than that I was well satisfied!!!

“Good value”

This hotel isn't fancy; you can tell that it has been remodeled from an old motel - however, it is more than worth the money. We have stayed here a couple of times and the suites on the second floor of the lower lot are by far the best. The suites are worth the small additional cost. The managers reception is simple, but a nice touch. The breakfast is pretty decent for a hotel breakfast and the man the have running it is always nice. There are a lot of little touches, breakfast, reception, fridges, micros, free water and Bath and Body Works toiletries that you would normally pay more for, but you don't!

“Pleasant Stay”

The place was good for the price. The breakfast was okay, they had cereal, donuts, bagels, and muffins. They had a good variety of juices. The staff was super friendly and asked us if we had any suggestions to better their breakfast, they said they were wanting to improve the quality. Hopefully it happens. It was a pleasant stay.

“Very nice stay”

We were just in Flagstaff for one night, but there were 5 of us. We got the Queen Executive suite, and it was nice to put the kids in one room (so they could watch TV as late as they wanted), and us adults in our own room (for some peace and quiet). The breakfast was good; the kids loved getting waffles made to order, and we had no problems with our room. The price was nice, too.

“Can't wait to go back”

We have stayed in many hotels all over the southwest, and this was one of the most pleasant. The staff was extremely nice, the rooms were very clean, the beds were one of the most comfortable i've ever slept in,and the complimentary breakfast was great. I will be recomending this hotel to anyone I know going to Flagstaff.
