“Best beds in Flagstaff”

I booked the Aspen based on the reviews on several sights. The hotel was clean, the free breakfast was awesome and the beds were so good we wanted to take them home. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a vacation to Flagstaff. Unless you have the best hearing in the world - ignore the reviews that complain about noise from the train track. We hardly noticed it. Also, the train runs along Route 66, so no matter where you stay on Route 66, you're going to be right next to the tracks.

“Nice beds and clean.”

Comfortable beds, which are a big deal to me. You could hear the train but not loud at all. Nice location. Walking distance to shops and resturants. Good complimentary breakfast.

“Clean and comfortable”

I wanted to take my fiance and daughter to see the Grand Canyon - and we were having a difficult time finding a room where my guy and could have some *ahem* privacy. We reserved an 'Executive Suite', which turned out to be to seperate hotel rooms (one with double beds, one with a single king) with a common door in between them. The bed were very comfy, the rooms were clean, maid service was lovely. I would stay there again.

“Excellent customer service”

This hotel and the employees exceeded our expectations. We had originally only booked for one night, then decided to book one more night since it worked so well for us. The front desk offered to match expedias rate and keep us in the same ugraded room even though they had a large group arriving that same night. They offer hot breakfast for free, drinks at happy hour for free, newspaper and a few other items for free. The beds were very comfortable. We had two double beds in their own rooms which worked well for us since we were traveling with an 8 month old and 3 year old. The staff was very pleasant and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

“Great Stay Great Service, Will Be Returning!”

For the Price of this hotel it was perfect. I loved having a sitting room in our suite and having a spacious desk to set up my laptop. The service was great and when the vending machine did not dispense my drink the front desk instantly gave me two drinks. The bed was extremely comfortable as well as the couch. The hotel also offers a vast amount of Tv channels so if your a night owl like me and do not go to bed at the same time as your wife/partner there was always something to watch. Also if you have a child that goes to NAU this location is less then 5 minutes away and is perfect for visiting at a affordable price. Also less then 5 away from the Down Town shopping and dining district of flagstaff. Overall I loved this hotel and its service and will be returning hopefully soon.

“Affordable, positive experience!”

This hotel exceeded my expectations for the price. The front desk was very friendly and helpful with directions to places and the room was very clean. The breakfast was pretty nice with waffles, eggs, cereal, sausage, hash browns, etc. The only slight issue I dealt with was needing to get more towels...three of us stayed in one room and towels were available in the room for two. Close to Snowbowl for skiing!

“A Nice Stay”

There was a power outage while we were there, and the owner was on hand to see to each person's comfort as much as possible. Although this is an older hotel, it is in pretty good condition. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was over and above the norm. I would stay here again.

We went to Flagstaff for my boyfriends birthday and this hotel definatly exceeded our expectations. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the price was unbeatable for the service and accomidations. I would definatly recomend this hotel.

“Great Hotel for great price! Soft beds! Loved the Continental Breakfast”

Loved that the hotel had a continental breakfast. Loved the soft beds and the big TV. Did not like that wife had to go back to get card key reprogrammed. Very friendly staff!

I went for my 2 year anniversary. We had an excellent time. We can't wait to do it again.The presidental suite was more then expected.
