Sleepless nightsPosted Nov 26, 2013
Pros: Proximity to train depot.
The checkin was seamless and quick, however, I never received a receipt. They said it was prepaid, but I asked for a receipt when I checked out and they refused to give me one. Said I received one when I checked in which was not true. I did receive a receipt when I booked the hotel, but it didn't contain how much I paid. Wouldn't you think that was important? The breakfast room was small and had a very crooked table. From the amount of people that was at the hotel that night, I am sure they could afford a new table or even to fix it. I mean crooked as in leaning. Also, the people above us was walking back and forth and little kids running around which kept waking us up. We got very little sleep. Obviously it is an old hotel with little insulation between floors.

Good beds, poor breakfast.Posted Nov 25, 2013
For our one night stay it was just fine. The front desk staffian night was rude. But the morning staff was very kind. But, We will stay again because the cost was so inexpensive! The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, but the continental breakfast was bare (no fruit or yogurt). So just bring your fruit with you! Lol!

Not the best in townPosted Nov 18, 2013
The rooms were neat and clean, but the continental breakfast was lacking to say the least. Waffles and cereal was about the extent of it.

Very pleasant hotel and staffPosted Nov 6, 2013
Pros: The friendliness of the staff
Cons: The continental breakfast
Location: We took the train to the south rim of the Grand Canyon. Next time we will stay longer in Williams to visit the town more. It seems delightful.
My family and I enjoyed our one night stay. We would recommend your location and most likely stay with you when we travel to Williams, AZ in the future. However, we felt that your continental breakfast was lacking a little room and could use a couple more items. Other than that, we were pleasantly surprised. Thank you

Good for the pricePosted Oct 30, 2013
This is not a five star hotel, but for the cost it is perfectly nice. The owner checked us in and she was very nice and helpful. Room is older but it was clean. U do wish they would update their breakfast choices. The waffles are terrible and the only other choice is cereal and white bread for toast. At least have some fruit.

Cons: Needs a little updating to the rooms.
Location: Location was good.
Front area and breakfast area were very clean. Very pleased with the breakfast. Room condition is a little older and worn but took care of our needs.

Great for the price!Posted Oct 11, 2013
Pros: -BREAKFAST was awesome!! Waffles!!!
Cons: -Bed was extremely stiff! -The young girl working the front needs training, but the lady who assisted us was super great!!!
Location: Williams is about 1/4 mile up the road and there are lots of bars, restaurants, and shops there. The train that goes to the Grand Canyon blocks away!
Overall a good experience. Easy to find, very clean, delicious breakfast!
