“Very Impressed”

Hotel rates fit my budget. Very clean rooms and hotel area. Location is perfect, with all your needs within a short distance of travel. It would be nice if they had complimentry water in the rooms with a refrigerator. Bottle water in machine is too expensive. The continental breakfast was nice but could use some improvement. First they need to extend the opening hours from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., instead of 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.. This would give some an opportunity to sleep in alittle while longer instead of rushing down to make the time table. It would be nice to have more of a cereal selection. Need more selections of jams for bread, and the breakfast bowls are too small. Rooms were spacious, and the bed was very comfortable, however the bed covers were too thin and it got a little cool in the night despite being covered. I will definitely stay here again, and again. “Very cozy! Wonderful surroundings!”

My husband and I were on our way to Vegas. I had made reservations for several hotels on our trip. We drove from Kansas. When we got to the hotel, the area was quite the sight. I was not expecting a lot of trees. We also had a good view of the mountains (with snow). It was a very cozy and just a good place to stay.

“Great price”

The friendly staff and great price is what we like. We don’t understand some of the reviews that mention the train noise. There are many hotels on the same street that charge twice the price or more and are just as close to the tracks. What we do know is that this hotel is a great value and a comfortable place to stop for the night. Every time we pass through Flagstaff we stay there. P.S. During that same trip we stayed at a resort that charged 9 times the price and the front desk staff wasn’t as good as HJs.

This hotel was really nice. The man at the front desk was super helpful when we were checking in which is always a good start. The hotel is not the fanciest place in the world but the rooms were big, clean and comfy. What else do you need? Would stay again

Hotel was fine. We had our dog traveling with us and HoJo's was pet friendly. Easy location and places to eat nearby. Only a minor problem, we called ahead (2 hrs) and talked w/ Adam. We requested a king size bed on the ground floor. He said that is what we had. Upon check-in he then told me all he had was 2 queens on ground floor. I questioned him on our earlier phone call and he seemed miffed. Room was OK and quite. Will stay there again. Price was great.

“Simple, but very clean”

Since I travel quite frequently for business, I appreciated the competitive price, so I hoped for a quality & clean property. Things went very well. The service was really helpful, the room was super clean and the breakfast was more than adequate. I also liked the neighborhood. It was close to the freeway and surrounded by other hotels. I felt very safe. I would stay there again.
