“Luxury, It's Not”
The Luxury Inn was Very Clean. We were there for two days. The maid never came to bring us fresh towels or make our bed. Later in the day I went to the front office to pick up fresh towels.
“It's there”
Don't let the name fool you - this is a motel, pure and simple. You will get the basics - bed, dresser, TV, bathroom, and nothing more. If you are looking to crash for 1 night for cheap, then this hotel might serve your purpose. Anything else and you would be wise to look elsewhere. Finally, there is a small window in the back wall of every hotel room, but no window dressings or furnishings. If you don't like to rise with the sun (and in summer in Arizona that means 5am), bring some adhesive and something to cover the window with.
“It's okay for the money you pay”
The air conditioned is not working. Fortunately, it was a cool night. If you want a place just to shower and sleep, this may be your choice under budget.
“You get what you pay for”
We stayed there for two nights. The hotel is situated next to a busy road, with trains passing and blowing the horn each 5-10 minutes. My kid loved it. The bed was OK, but creaky, and the room was clean but sober; no microwave, no fridge and a TV with 10 channels. Since we were three, I asked for an extra towel, and got it straight away; very friendly staff. So, in the end you get what you pay for, a cheap hotel with some shortcomings, but a good place to stay.
“What you get for the money”
The motel was clean but the carpet was not. The bed was okay.the room was bare, no alarm clock, kleenex,no extra towels,or soap. The motel had no ice machines. BUT, I didnt see any bugs!We stayed for three nights, yes the trains were LOUD! you somewhat get used to them.
“Beware of the trains!”
This hotel was on the east sid eof town where there is a lot of railroad traffic. All through the night the trains went through blowwing there whistles three times. Thus no sleep.
“Avoid this one”
The hotel is very close to the train tracks, with train horns blowing all night long to keep you awake. The beds are rock hard, though some people might like that. The walls are very thin, and if you're next door to anyone with small kids, be prepared for them to wake you up whenever they wake their parents up. There are very few amenities, the TV is tiny and cable reception poor, and the staff is fairly clueless about everything in the area.
“dont go there if you need to rest”
its more like a motel than a regular inn. there is no lobby. they didnt have key cards, but only regular keys. no refrigerator in the room. the bathroom needs some cleaning and the blanket has weird stink. the railway was restless for the whole night right outside. we are glad that we just stayed there for only one night. Not as "luxury" as it claims.
“spend a few more bucks....a dump”
the location is great to the downtown entertainment area, but everything else was terrible..no fan in bathroom, just a sign telling you to open window .which was held shut with a piece of wood.....go somewhere else,i felt dirty when leaving,we didnt even want to shower there........
