“Cheap, but what you pay for”

We accidentally stopped at the other Quality Inn in town. A real nice place, so expectations were high. The lobby is supper cramped, all hallways are outside. It was raining when we got there. Real annoying trying to get to your room in the rain. .Because it's cheap, it was overpacked, with people being turned away, so that meant parking was limited and far away, since we got there late. Free breakfast is nice to have, but their facilities are tiny, poorly organized and limited in selection. Cheapness was good, but I don't think I enjoyed it with those amenities.

“Bad reception staff and leaky room”

The room we were given was on floor 2. After turning on the AC, water started dripping from the ceiling. Called the reception asking for room change. When we told him about the water leak, he just didn't show any concern. Didn't even have the courtesy to say sorry. Gave us another room which was just okay. The hotel isn't worth the price. There's Holiday Inn right next to this one, and it looked good from the outside. Will stay there next time. Complimentary breakfast is commendable though.

“Very comfortable room, great breakfast”

Staff very helpful, convenient location, bed was very comfortable, awesome breakfast.

Just about one hour from the Grand Canyon. Know what's happening (festivals)before you get there.
