Hotel needs repairs

Pros: Proximity to highway.
Cons: Draining
Location: Other hotels and restaurants nearby.
The drain in the shower was not draining the water properly so the bottom of the shower looked filthy. The vanity mirror's lamps had a lamp broken and the heating unit worked properly but also had the vent broken. The room was warm and beds were clean but the hotel needs some repairs taken care of.

Reception need to inprove

I check in at around 1am and there was no issue sorting out the details of my accommodation. The rooms was gd and clean. If anything needs to improve.... Perhaps the reception could be more friendly.

Excellent for the price!

The location is conveniently-located by the highway so there was nowhere to walk to or things to see. The hotel condition is a little older, and the breakfast room is nothing fancy, but for 35 bucks, you can't get much better. The breakfast had a variety and the the employees we encountered were friendly and helpful. Our room had a nice appropriately-sized flat-panel TV and check-in and check-out were efficient and easy. The cookies in the front lobby were delicious. For the price, it easily met our expectations.

Excellent customer service. Room was very clean. We enjoyed the big screen t.v.. Overall great stay at a great value. We will be back.

Stinky room

My non-smoking room smelled horribly like cigarettes and the rugs were pretty stained. I have stayed at Quality Inns before; this was by far the worst. The only positive thing I can say is at least the sheets on the bed looked clean.
