“Best value in Flagstaff.”

This hotel is in a great location. Similar rooms across the street were twice as much. No charge for in room wireless. I will definely stay here again and would recommend this hotel to anyone that doesn't need all the bells and whistles of a Mandalay Bay hotel.

“Fully acceptable, but not special”

This is a fairly typical example of a motor-lodge-style Quality Inn, conveniently located near the junction of I-17 and I-25. The entrance is inconspicuously marked and a bit hard to find; turn BEFORE the obvious stop light, and proceed up a steep hill, or you'll miss it. This obscurity has an advantage, however, in that the motel is set well back from the busy road, so that road noise is minimal. We are prone to problems with room noise but had no trouble sleeping there, which is a rarity for a run-of-the-mill place near a major road. In terms of room, amenities, etc., it's all fully acceptable, but with no features to distinguish it from a thousand other motels. Layout is slightly unorthodox -- front desk is in the center of the property, not obvious from where you pull in from the main road -- but causes no particular problems. Service is good, and several decent restaurants are nearby. All told, you could do a lot worse. Don't expect anything memorable, but you should get a good night's sleep, and it's well situated for exploring the very pleasant town of Flagstaff in the morning.

“Good hotel”

My wife and I have stayed here before and have never had a bad experience. The only thing that is confusing is the operation of the AC and the heat. There is a switch selector (high heat, low heat, high AC, low AC, etc.) in each room, but a sign says that the temperature is controlled from a central station. It is not clear whether one has to call reception to have the switch activated.

“Quality Inn I-40-Flagstaff”

My hotel room was very clean and comfortable and in very good condition. I was there over New Years, so the walls were a bit thin, but overall I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would return to this hotel. It's a great deal for the value.

“Good Flagstaff Choice”

I was looking for a nice motel near the NAU campus. This is a solid choice among many.

“Good value for money”

This hotel does not look great from outside, but our room was very clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for cleanliness, location and price. I kinda hated the first floor corridors though, as they always smelt cigarettes.

“I would return, without hesitation”

The hotel was well maintained. I checked in with two little boys who decided to become animals the minute they hit the hotel, necessitating a reduction in our stay by one day as one reason. The staff was extraordinarily tolerant and gracious. Everyone in all areas were "on top of their game" in their area and I felt very well attended to. Rooms clean, nicely appointed, good amenities. No complaintes.

“Close to Everything”

Enjoyed the hotel but were put in a room at the top of the stairs and it was a bit noisy with people coming and going. Beds were comfy.

“Nice place, lots of amenities nearby”

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel - the staff was helpful, the rooms were clean, and the breakfast was fine. Although there are many amenities near by, the hotel is quiet. The building is older, though. The rooms do not have individual heating and air conditioning controls.
