Front desk not friendly, tv not working properly, didnt change bath towels for 2nd night. Price was ok because on special.

“Great little motel”

This hotel had warm sincere staff and the desserts were most delicious. We found our room to bigger than average and most enjoyed the ster and horses on their ranch.

“Grand Canyon Visit”

The hotel wasn't easy to find as directions omitted exit no. At night it would be easy to miss exit off rte. 40. Hotel/room was clean and comfortable, but dated in decor/fixtures and smallish in size. Bed was comfortable. There is a horse stable in back with the associated odor when door is opened. Pricey when compared to other places we stayed at on this trip, but it is in the Grand Canyon access area, but not that close.

The rooms were very clean. The setting is beautiful. They even saved us when we forgot to pack the tooth paste. We couldn't be happier with our stay.

Don't miss downtown Williams. Lots of nice shops and everyone was very friendly.

“It was okay, but no free breakfast”

The hotel condition was more than I expected, but it is not luxuary level. Considering the location close to the national park, it is cost effective location to stay. It would have been better if staffs were more knowledgable about the nearby national park.

Outdoors or beach

We have camped after staying the first night in this hotel. For the first come first serve based camping, Desert View camp ground is the only one within the park. However, there is another camp ground less than 5 mies south of the park entrance, which was very cheap, spacious, and better than the Desert View camp site.
