Pool under renovation

Posted Apr 21, 2014
We were just staying one night for an early morning departure to Grand Canyon. This hotel was in the town of Williams which offered many restaurants & gift stores plus Bearizona (which I highly recommend). Hotel staff was friendly & rooms were clean. Good value for the price. Only negative was that the pool/hot tub was under renovation so we were not able to use. My 6 year old was disappointed but all worked out.

Average motel, walk to Williams centre.

Posted Apr 18, 2014
Pros: Clean. Lots of parking. Friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: Breakfast was ample but not enough seating & tables = line-ups and waiting for a table. Pool was empty and under renovation mid-April 2014.
Location: Can walk to old town.
Isolated location beside the interstate, but can walk under the bridge into Williams old town. This location was taken over by Quality and renovated. Would try someplace else next time.

Clean, comfortable room.

Posted Apr 10, 2014
Pros: Beside being clean and comfortable the front desk person was friendly and welcoming. Also the free breakfast was amazing. Everything you could want.
Location: Located in Williams, AZ with lots of cool looking shops and a Route 66 shop.
Checked in with the idea of going to Grand Canyon to see the sunset. Unfortunately it started snowing with a little hale added in. We spent the late afternoon and evening in the room. Luckily we had cable TV and free WiFi. This hotel doesn't have all the amenities of a 4 star hotel such as lush, thick towels but then again we didn't pay the higher cost of a luxury hotel. It did have clean rooms and very comfortable beds. Also it is just a short drive to the Grand Canyon.

Decent hotel with a few disappointments

Posted Apr 1, 2014
Pros: Location is super easy to find right off the highway.
Cons: Breakfast and noise level
Location: Grand Canyon is about an hour or so away. The town of Williams is very quaint and offers a lot of neat stores and restaurants.
The hotel staff was extremely courteous with every encounter. Unfortunately, the room walls were very thin and we could hear a lot of noise from people on either side. When we called to ask the hotel staff to notify them in the middle of the night, they took care of it right away. The breakfast buffet was okay, but had a limited amount of selection as well as tables to sit at.

Pros: nice rooms
Cons: toilets ran during the night. made it hard to sleep.
Location: williams is a great little town. a lot of nice people and places to hang out.
hotel was easy to find, the pool was not. Had a great time there. The second floor is kinda creaky, but a nice place to stay.

Just What We Needed

Posted Feb 22, 2014
Pros: Clean, comfortable, friendly staff and a more than adequate breakfast.
Cons: Offer more info as to where things are at in the room.
Location: Williams: Ok restaurants, Grand Canyon Railway, Deer Farm, Bearazona. Friendly people. Grand Canyon about an hour away.
We needed a place to stay for our overnight trip. This location was perfect. Staff is exceptionally friendly, the room extremely comfortable, and lots of extras for the price. The only thing we didn't know was the location of the blankets, which we discovered the next day was in the dresser drawers. Extra plaudits to both our sign-in and sign-out hostesses.

Paper thin walls

Posted Feb 2, 2014
Pros: Proximity to Grand Canyon. Pleasant staff and comfortable king bed.
Cons: Noise Breakfast was average
Location: South Rim of the Grand Canyon
Although the hotel had undergone some room renovations, the walls were still paper thin and we were kept awake most of the night by a loud group two rooms down. Hotel staff were sympathetic but unwilling to compensate us for a horrible night as we had booked through Expedia. Old style TV's that had poor cable connection. Won't go back!
