“Wonderful Experience”

This was one the nicest hotels we have stayed in. We really enjoyed our stay.

“Pretty Nice”

We had a nice stay at the Hotel. I would book it again. Room service was tasty. We also had a great Japanese dinner in the hotel. Next time I will bring bathing suits for the spa features. I have stayed in many dreary Flagstaff Hotels before. It was worth the extra money.

Really enjoyed the stay. The select comfort beds were great and feather pillows were provided; we wish more hotels would pay attention to the beds and pillows. The price was really low for the quality of the hotel. The restaurants in the hotel were also very good.

“I'll visit again”

The sleep comfort bed was worth it. After staying 4 nights in a Phoenix resort and a bed that was like a rock it made a great difference. Hotel was clean and staff was MORE than helpful. I will surely stay there on my next visit.

“Nice Flagstaff Hotel”

I was quite happy with this hotel. Good location.

“Great Service”

Nice quiet location set back in the trees. Didn't sleep very well the first night because of feather pillows that flatten down to nothing. Told the front desk about it and asked for more pillows. When we came back from breakfast, they had already brought us foam pillows! Friendly, helpful staff!

“Good place to stay, but don't eat at the restaurant”

We liked the room, and the fact that you could use the breakfast voucher for room service (very convenient). I would NOT recommend eating at the restaurant in the hotel, though. The service was sub-par (when asked what the soups were, our server replied, "Uh - mushroom, something or another. Uhh - whatever. Did you want it?") and the food was mediocre at best.
