“Flagstaff”
Overall just OK. No hangers and TV had terrible reception, Lots of traffic noise. Breakfast item choices were good.
“Value for money”
the only downside I found was the small breakfast area and little choices for breakfast. But it was good for the price.
“Sweaty staff and old toilets.”
My husband and I are not very picky people, but the toilet had to be flushed multiple times for every one time it was used. We reserved a room for two days but on the second day our key would not work. The breakfast was a joke, I had cereal because it was the only decent thing to eat. And the man at the front desk was sweating profusely, so much that he had a hand towel that he kept nearby to wipe off. It was strange, and as I didn't know if he took part in breakfast preparations I stuck with my cereal and WARM milk for a second day. I told my husband to stay away from the boiled eggs just in case.
“Awesome Experience”
The hotel was great, the free breakfast was excellent (biscuits and gravy, yum!!) The whole experience was outstanding!!
“Old and in need of repairs”
One staff member was very helpful when I called to request a non-smoking room. However when we checked in, we were given a room next to an ice machine. The entry door faced the parking lot and was 2 feet from the ice machine. The door had a large gap in it so we could hear everything as if it were in our room. The woman at the reception desk was rude and treated us as if we were bothering her when we asked for another room. The room looked fairly clean but it was in need of many repairs. The bathtub was in need of replacement or resurfacing. It looked awful, I couldn't tell if it was dirty or if the paint was scraped off, or both. The outlets were so worn down that the plug for the coffee pot kept falling out. The other outlets in the room were just as bad. There was no microwave or mini-fridge. The towels were old and scratchy and they only gave us one washcloth? The bed was comfortable but we had difficulty sleeping due to the exterior noise. Except for the comfortable bed, this was an economy motel. Not at all like most Ramadas. I was very disappointed and had we not prepaid with a no refund clause, we would have gone somewhere else.
“Good place to stay”
The hotel was very nice, the room was clean and nicely furnished. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.
“Good stay, although a bit pricey.”
I stayed here for one night on an 1800 mile road trip. Having spent the previous night in a dump that should have been less than one star I was looking for something nicer. The bed was very comfortable, the location was very convenient and beautiful, and I slept very well. There were three minor annoyances -- the room felt damp, the sink didn't drain well, and the hallway outside was loud when people rolled suitcases. None of these things would keep me from staying there again though. The breakfast bar was nice and met expectations.
“quick stay!”
just ok will do for a night.
“Definitely not 2.5 stars!”
No thank you!!! Right off the interstate, if you like that, but I'm talking 100 feet away from the racing freeway. Not cool! Neighborhood was shady. Lady at front desk was grumpy and unfriendly. Rooms were cramped. I am truly trying to figure out why this is rated 2.5??? Obviously I need to stay at 3 stars or better. Would absolutely never go back and would not recommend.
“NAU”
Very helpful staff. Always went above and beyond.
