“Got to be the best in Flagstaff!”
The rooms in this all suite hotel are spacious and comfortable. The kitchenette was well stocked and clean. Our room had only one queen bed, so my son had to sleep in a sofa bed which is naturally lumpy -- not much you could do about that. Only other nit pik was that house keeping did not supply the room with new kleenex, or TP on the 2nd day. I mentioned this upon check out and the desk clerk was very apologetic and stressed that he would make a note of it. The staff was friendly, and the comp breakfast is excellent -- although with a room full of voracious guests, it was difficult for them to keep the serving trays full! Definitely check this place out if you are planning to stay in Flagstaff.
“Great Place but not local near things”
The place was great. My husband and I usally have a problem, but nothing. It's a bit further out of the city than we would have liked. It is a 5 min drive to NAU & to downtown. The breakfast was great. Some many different choices. The beds could have been a king size instead of a queen.
“Great!”
Unlike other hotel pictures on Expedia, this is the only one to exceed my expectations. It was like being at home. The customer service was world class and the amenities were top rate. Any time we return to Flagstaff we will be staying at the Residence Inn!
“Will always stay here when we go to Flagstaff”
Large room, great location, free popcorn in room, fantastic breakfast
“Cozy room with a fireplace!”
We really enjoyed our stay at the Sonesta ES Suites Flagstaff. It was like a home away from home. Our spacious room had a double bed, a bathroom with bath and shower, a well-equipped kitchen, and a fireplace. We appreciated the breakfast, which was included in the price of our room. We liked the cereal and fruit, the waffles, the eggs and sausage, and the coffee and juice. It was also nice to be able to make meals in our kitchen and to share a warm cup of spiced wine in front of the fireplace every night. Sometimes, we went out to eat at one of the many restaurants around town. We also liked the fact that this hotel is on the outskirts of town, with beautiful views of the snow and mountains. There was also an area right next to the hotel where kids went sledding. We discovered nice places for cross-country skiing up on Humphrey's Mountain. The drive from the hotel was about 40 minutes, but it was worth it. After skiing, it was great to take a hot bath and relax in our room! Better than going to a spa! Flagstaff is a cute and friendly little town. We'd love to return to Flagstaff and to stay at the same hotel.
“A GREAT PLACE TO STAY”
Everyone was so friendly from the front desk at check in to helping to carry in luggage. The food court had good food and the help was so courteous willing to help in anyway. The cleaning staff was there to help in anyway needed. And grounds keepers were very friendly. I've never been impressed with staying somewhere as I was with this place. The room had everthing you would need even a ice machine in your refrigerator. I will be going back next month with my family. We will be booking a 2 bedroom suite.

“Weekend Gateway”
This was our first stay at Sonesta and I was extremely happy. The room was very roomy. We were all very much comfortable throughout the stay. Oh yes, the kitchen with equipped dishware was great also, nice to have an healthy meal and save $$$ on eating out. We took advantage of the whole setup.
