“Adequate but not extraordinary”

The hotel itself is nice, but the provided breakfast was terrible.

“Feels like home!”

I had a wonderful time staying at the Hampton while visiting relatives as it felt just like home! The staff were very accommodating and extremely pleasant. In the evenings, when my family wanted to retire early, i was able to work and watch the television until the late hours in the lobby. Coffee and orange juice were available at all times. The location is very ideal as it was just a few minutes walk to the mall nearby. This is very convenient for us as we did not have a car to take us around. Wonderful!

Everything was good. Staff was pleasant and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was near stores and restaurants.

From the time we checked in, we felt well-taken care of. We were greeted warmly at reception, and our room was clean and comfortable (great bed!). The only negative is that we were right across the hall from a meeting room, and some folks were obviously having a party therein, and the door would slam whenever they went in or came out (frequently, until about 1 AM). But all in all, we had a great stay and would come back. Very convenient place to stay if you are doing stuff in New Hope/Lambertville, etc.

“Definitely would stay again”

At first, since it was late at night, I was worried that this location might be "out of the way". But it proved to be close to everything - grocery, Walgreens, gas stations, restaurants, etc. The staff was very efficient and very friendly and, even at a time when they were qutie busy, took the time too look up an address and directions to the place for us. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable, the pool area was very nice, and the breakfast in the morning was quite good. The hotel staff insured that everyone had a pleasant stay and that, even with a large group of baseball players and their families staying the weekend, every guest was respectful and respected. I have stayed at hotels where children were just let loose during my stay, so this was very impressive. I would definitely recomment this hotel to others.

With the exception of the hot tub not working and the lack of towels at the pool, the hotel was very good.

“Reservations don't mean much to them”

This was a decent hotel . A clean and convienient property . Nice breakfast area . Good parking. Adequate maid service . Hall way in nonsmoking section DID smell like smoke . The reception staff at the time of check in were totally unhelpfull .

Perfectly acceptable roadside hotel. Friendly staff and clean, very comfortable room. Good rates.
