Very smart, decently priced hotelPosted Sep 8, 2014
Pros: Very friendly staff who speak good English. Good choice of cooked breakfast. Private parking (but costly), accessible to old market area by foot.
Cons: Can't change location but one way system is a pain - can only get to it from one direction.
Location: Within 15 minute walk of restaurants & bars in old market square. Also good location for those passing through - next to major road junction.
Decently priced hotel with good location. Walking distance of old market square with bars & restaurants, but also handy for access to major routes by car. The one way system is a bit of a pain - you can only get to it from one direction but that's about the only criticism I have. Spent two separate nights here on way to and back from Stuttgart. Rooms were fine - sufficient space for twin. Very clean and well maintained hotel. Well staffed so didn't have to wait at any time at Reception. Helpful staff who spoke good English. Would definitely use it again if opportunity arises - Leuven itself is a good place to stop off - beer capital of Belgium? .

Nice hotel, quiet, near centerPosted Aug 28, 2013
Pros: Location, free wifi, grounds
Cons: shower setup - a stunningly ineffective halfwall and a needle shower - is functional but not really ideal
Location: Old cobbled streets lead you to the magical world of Belgian beer
Spent a couple of days enjoying Leuven from this hotel; lovely hotel, beautiful grounds, and walking distance to everything. Would stay again.

Great hotel, a little far from the centerPosted Jun 9, 2011 on Hotels.com
Hotels in Europe are usually small and old. This one was not. It was clean, rooms were big enough with comfortable bed and a large bathroom. The breakfast was great too. It had a very nice secluded back yard that is perfect to relax in after a day of walking. The only drawback for me was that it was a little far from the center of the city. But I did not mind walking at all as long as I had my comfortable shoes on. Just consider that if you decide to stay at this hotel.
