"A Unique Hotel that I would stay at again and again..."
Pulling up to the hotel, you first notice the uniqueness and beauty of the hotel. The staff was extremely accomodating. We arrived around 11 in the morning, and the representative walked us up to our room (there is no elevator). The room wasn't ready, but we were able to store our luggage and she quickly had the cleaning staff clean up the room. The room was awesome with a comfy bed, excellent decor (exposed logs from the original lodge), and a nice bathroom. The Lodge was also equipped with free wireless Internet. The restaurant, although a little pricy, was delicious with great service (and popular with the locals). My husband and I visited eight countries and stayed in 11 hotels on this trip and the Heverlee Lodge was always on the top of our list.

We had a wonderful stay for 4 nights over new year. Park7 is a stunning B&B set in a very peaceful location. It's perfect for visiting Brussels or to use as a base to explore Belgium. The owners were very friendly and helpful, perfect hosts. The room we had (no1) was well designed and had a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was spotless and had the choice of either a bath or shower. The kitchenette was very useful and well appointed. There was a lovely view of the lake from our window. The breakfast was amazing. The local town has a great bakery and plenty of choices for places to eat. It's a very handy place to stay as it's only a short 15min drive from the center of Brussels and it's also only 10mins from the E40.
All in all we could not rate Park7 high enough. It looked wonderful online when we decided to book it and we were not disappointed in any way. We look forward to staying here again and left with some great memories.

Arrived at Hotel and produced Expedia booking form. Had requested a room with 2 single beds but was informed unavailable. Offered 2 double rooms at no extra charge. Both rooms excellent. Charming Manager Johan who explained how to access the hotel after closing. Rooms very well appointed and clean. Breakfast included hot and cold buffet and fruit juices. Chef/waiter kept the buffet stocked without any issues. Booking out again simple. The venue is close enough to Brussels to use as a base. Would probably need a car. Location is close to motorway but far enough away to have no disturbance. quiet and peaceful time. Did not sample the bar or attached restaurant.

This may be the only hotel choice in the town of Aarschot, but it is wonderful. The setting is a renovated mill that dates back to the 15th century (if not earlier.) The purpose of our visit was to attend a Scala and Kolacny Brothers concert. The brothers happened to be from the town, so it made the experience that much more special.
The room was clean and simple and the bathroom was much larger than you'll find in almost any other European hotel. The real gem was the hotel restaurant, which is accessible to the lobby by a walkway that crosses the small river. The food was amazing and the service spectacular. Try the Belgian Waffles.
