“Great Views”
Enjoyable trip. Highly recommend!

Very nice owners and a gorgeous view, especially at sunset.
“A little over-priced B&B on a mountain”
We were not unhappy with Chateau on the Mountain, but I thought it was a little bit over-priced. The view was nice, but not spectacular. There wasn't much to do in the immediate vicinity of the chateau except drink wine on the patio, and that wasn't always available. The drive up the side of the mountain was a little nerve-wracking, but fortunately, we didn't have to make the drive in the rain. Breakfast was very good every morning, so no complaints there. If we had paid a little less for the room, we'd feel better about what we spent.
