BrokenPosted Sep 23, 2014
Fifteen minute check-in because we used Expedia, broken television, broken in-room jacuzzi, broken facility hot tub, only two small thread bare bath towels, staff didn't call when we scheduled a wake-up call, barefoot children in pajamas running around in breakfast area, two adult females in nightgowns walking around in lobby, constant ttaffic noise...

Just what I needPosted Aug 19, 2014
Close to the airport with Shuttle service and Parking while I was gone. The one night stay was comfortable. Have dinner before you arrive as there is only fast food close by.

hot tub was brokenPosted Jul 29, 2014 on Hotels.com
The two front desk people each had a story of why the hot tub was broken and when it would be fixed. That's the whole reason I booked THIS hotel--for the hot tub! When I asked for a refund or discount, I was denied.

Pros: The staff
We stayed one night. We had reserved a room with a jacuzzi, we had been traveling quite a bit visiting family members around the state, so we were looking forward to soaking in it. We were afraid to use it. The framing around it was coming apart, the caulking was cracked. It needed obvious work. The room wasn't very clean. The carpet was frayed, the linen was worn. We went down for breakfast in the morning. It was awful. The eggs were runny, they served hash. I really don't think I know anyone who eats hash. They offered only toast, no bagels, muffins, etc. Coffee was ok, but served in styrafoam cups? How odd at at hotel. The staff was very nice, but, frequently away from the desk. Had to wait for assistance the few times we went there

Cons: needs updating badly
We have stayed at this hotel several times, it needs updating but it is clean, don't like the total indoor pool

I could have gotten the same rate as Expedia if I had booked directly with the hotel.

Comfy spot but no hot tub!Posted Apr 8, 2014
Cons: Bacon with breakfast would be nice.
Location: We were in town for a hockey tournament. The hotel was located close enough to both arenas. Shopping not too far away. And a Tim Horton's next door
The place was clean, friendly, helpful. One disappointing thing was neither the hot tub or sauna was working. But the pool was nice and warm and my girls loved playing in it. We were able to get adjoining rooms which was nice and also rented a fridge and microwave. My husband lost his hockey games this year but we will come back next year.
