The staff was friendly and nice. There was alot of constant noise from people gathering in the hallways to use the wifi since there was no connection to wifi inside the rooms. The room was in clean condition. Very minimal but that was suffice for our stay. The elevator was extremely small. The room where you could leave your luggage before check was accessible to anyone. Therefor anyone could simply pick up there luggages and Yours.

Was very happy with my stay. The place was small but clean and the bathrooms had been renovated so were very nice. No open windows in the room so it was very dark unless I opened up the shutters to be in full view of the building right next door. But otherwise it was clean, the staff were friendly and cannot beat the location. Main disadvantage was the wireless only worked in the lobby downstairs, didn't reach any of the rooms.

Room was clean and comfortable enough. Bathroom was fine except that the water didn't drain normally so you ended up showering in a shallow bath. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was decent but nothing special. Sound seems to travel- we found it quite noisy from people in the corridor and the floor above us. Great location, so would recommend it, but do not expect any frills!

The rooms were small and the bathrooms so tiny and unfunctional that it was impossible to use the obviously newly installed bidet.

The location is perfect, a minute walk to the duomo and all the attractions are in between 5 to 10 minutes walk. Only problem is the wifi does not work in the room. Just there is internet connection in the lounge and you have to use the hotel's computer.

My hotel was fine. I stayed there 3 nights, I noticed the shower door would not close, I said something right away they said it would be fixed. never was. I continued to mention it 4 times to different front desk workers but the door was never fixed and water got everywhere.
