Just don’t bother .
The room we got wasn’t the room I booked and the host put up a big fuss to change it. Lots of cigarettes smoke at the reception. Overpriced stay. Very unprofessional service .Luckily the location and the city overall make up for that but still wouldn’t recommend.

Charming Hotel in
Being a bit jet lagged and unsure of Italian hotels confused us a bit on the check in, but this was totally our fault. We did not see there was a clearly visible sign for reception. Luckily, some nice gentleman who worked there helped us out greatly! The room was small-ish but lovely. It was the perfect size for us! There was a great view from the porch balcony. The room looked just like the photos. It was close to everything we wanted to do. We walked from the train station, walked to the Duomo, walked to see Michelangelo's David, everything! We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Florence!

Excellent hotel close to station and centre
Excellent hotel close to all attractions on a quiet Street. Nice room, food and access to balcony, lovely staff. Only problem is reception on arrival is a little hidden away; sign could be clearer. - it's on the ground floor to the left of the entrance!

Good location
No hot water the first night they were fixing the pipes but didn't bother to let me know that I wouldn't have hot water for the day. They did fix it the next day. Lots of stairs to carry luggage the man who worked they helped me halfway. Wifi horrible connection

Amazing weather for May! Anna's was in the perfect location for exploring all that Firenze had to offer. Great for shopping and lots of nice restaurants to choose from.

Close to everything - transit, places of interest
Hotel is located near Furebze SMN train station and places if interest like the Duomo, churches, plazas, shopping (both signature and local brands), restauraurants, convenience stores/groceries. Hotel also had a small fridge which you can use to store snack items when you're too tired walking for the day. Only disadvantage is that hotel doesn't have a lift/elevator. Our room was located on the 3rd floor and we need to carry our luggage all the way up :(.

The location felt like a safe area as there were bright street lights in the middle of the night. The facilities was fantastic as it looks brand new.

Anna's was nice, quaint, close to train station
Basically the first hotel reservation had some issue so we were booked into Anna's. Its very easy to find, close to SMN train station which is very convenient not to be lugging baggage around the city. Only bad thing was the walk up 3 floors with luggage so need to bear that in mind. We only had small ones so it was still alright. Love how quaint the rooms are. breakfast was nice and sufficient.

In short, its a decent hotel. No fuss about it. Reception is good and attentive. Simple breakfast but good. Keep topping up even though time almost up. Location is good as well, 10miN's walk you will reach SMN station. Even the alley outside hotel is crowded as there are restaurants out there, down the other end. Its not noisy if you think it is. Via Faenza where the hotel is located is easily connected to any supermarkets, restaurants and the famous San Lorenzo market, the leather market.

Hotel stay
When we travel we don't spend much time at the hotels, we really just want a hot shower, comfy bed and a breakfast to get us started. It was close to the train station which is what we wanted. Nothing fancy, but the rooms were clean and the staff was helpful and friendly, gave us a map and some suggestions without us even asking, it was very welcoming. My only complaint would be the beds we had were very hard, but we were so tired we slept just fine.

Came to Florence to show my sister who was visiting. Anna's was a great location near the Duomo. It was overall a place to stay for the location and it was nice that the package included breakfast and wi-fi. No elevator. Open door to come in and out 24/7 as well as someone at the desk. Check-in is a bit late at 2:00pm but they allowed us to leave our luggage there when we arrived at noon. There is also a little shop directly across from the hotel where we bought water since the weather was very hot for 4.50 euro for a package of 6 of the big liters. The room also had a/c; which was nice but kept at 1 temperature. Great Gelato/Crepes place near the hotel as well as some typical Italian restaurants.

Visited Rome Sorento and Florence Liked Anna's older buidling but with charm Breakfast was very good, nice touch mde to order Capachio Comfortable beds Had to go to office 3 floors down for more toliet paper because cleaning staff did not leave any extra rolls

Don't input the address on Google maps, it will lead you to the wrong place. It had a location already stored, which was down the street. Check-in is next door with another hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. They gave us a map and showed us places to visit. The location was great, very close to Firenze S.M. The room was very comfortable and clean. There was no lift, but we expected that already. The breakfast was very simple, but it was enough.

Wonderful, clean, friendly, central hotel.
We absolutely loved this hotel. Very central location, yet quiet at night. The room was fantastic, newly renovated. The bathroom was spotless, and the shower spectacular! I want one at home! Breakfast was a continental, but wonderful. The location was easy to walk to everything, yet far enough away to be relaxing. We stayed in the off-season, at the end of March, so there was no crowds in the street keeping you awake, but this might be different in high season.

It should be 4 star hotel
My husband and I stayed at this hotel among 4 other places during our trip in Italy. By far, it was the best room and service. In every way, we were so satisfied. The towel warmer, rain shower, endless hot water, high quality mattress and awsome breakfast every morning were all above and beyond my expectations. Thanks to all staffs!

We were moved to a different hotel within the same complex - and the view from the window we realised next morning was of a building site! However - great location - close to Santa Novella train station - excellent breakfast and clean rooms - staff helpful and not intrusive.

Great Stay in Florence
...and wish we had stayed longer! Room was clean and spacious and Anna's is within a 5 minute walk to the main station. We received a map of the city and walked everywhere with ease. Breakfast was a nice assortment of breads and spreads with fresh fruits, yogurt, coffee and more. We can't wait to get back to Florence again, and I believe Anna's made it both affordable and enjoyable!

We arrived late afternoon and the young lady on the desk was very welcoming with very good English (bonus as our Italian is practically non existent). There are four hotels in the building one on each floor and all use the one reception on the ground floor. Anna's is on the 2nd floor no lift so if you have mobility problems this is probably not for you. Our room was a good size, clean and functional. Lets face it if you are doing Florence in three days you are not going to be spending much time in the room. The bathroom had a decent shower in a good sized cubicle, wc, bidet and sink. Hot water was in good supply and there was a heated towel rail. We used the breakfast room which is located in one of the other hotels on the same floor. This room needs a serious update its clean and that is the best I can say about it. Breakfast was typical continental, coffee and juice from dispensing machines, cheese, ham, good choice of bread rolls, cake & croissants, fruit and yoghurt. Nice breakfast shame about the surroundings. Two of our three days we ate in there alone not even any staff and in our third day it was packed how they manage in high season I can't imagine as there are only 4/5 tables. Good wifi. Would recommend a stay if you are looking for budget accommodation.

Unexpected room charges
We used the expedia criteria to find a room in Florence, Italy for four people.When we got to the hotel we were told it was a rate for three people not four. We were forced to pay an additional 40 euroes for the cot. The room had a moldy shower. The cot had wooden slats for mattress supports that would not stay put. There was an unexpected three flight climb to the hotel. Apparently there are four other hotels using the same unattended doorway. It did not feel safe not welcoming.

Nice Hotel Close to SMN Train Station
I stayed here with my 15yo sister and my mom. It's a nice hotel close to SMN, basically come out, go across the street towards MCD's and make a left at the corner and another left at the second street. Downside was that this hotel had no elevator (which I somehow missed I guess...) and I had three suitcases and multiple bags and it's on the 2nd Italian level. This is where I tell you about the really good staff they have there: someone kindly helped us take all of the suitcases upstairs. The morning after, another staff member awesomely helped us get a tour for that day, which I didn't think would happen because it was so last minute. And the morning we left, there was a room for us to leave our suitcases in and another staff member was nice enough to put my mother's purse in their locked closet. The breakfast was good--get there early for the best breakfast, otherwise it's super busy and there's no where to sit. The wifi was ok, it never went out, but the signal got pretty low sometimes. The room was clean and a good size. The cot was comfortable.

For the money and how many hotels there are in Florence, you can definitely do better. This place is run down, outdated, hard beds, not romantic at ALL.

Der Empfang an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Ich bekam ein anderes gleichwertiges Zimmer, weil ich 3 Stunden vor dem Einscheck-Termin angekommen bin, Mein Koffer wurde aufs Zimmer gebracht und alle meine Fragen wurden geduldig und ausführlich geklärt. Auch das Reinigungspersonal hat mehrmals gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung wäre. Leider fand ich das Servicepersonal beim Frühstück nicht so freundlich, da konnte man schnell mal übersehen werden.

Отель располагается в довольно удачном месте, до основных достопримечательностей 10-15 минут пешком. В здании где расположен отель, еще несколько гостиниц, что может привезти к путанице, ресепшн располагается на 1 этаже, а сама гостиница на 3-м этаже. Администраторы отзывчивые, максимально во всем помогают. Чаще всего при бронировании онлайн не оплачивается местный налог, оплатить за него придется наличными на месте. Уборка и качество обслуживания хорошие. В принципе для неприхотливых туристов, достойный отель

Bem localizado. Fica no segundo andar e sem elevador. Limpeza do quando ok. Atendimento ruim, muita má vontade em ajudar ou dar dicas sobre onde ir. Nos cobraram 25 euros pela garagem de uma noite do carro. Check out às 10.30 da manhã julgamos que nos atrapalhou na programação. Se quiser café da manhã é 6 euros por pessoa.

La camera era veramente pulita, con mobilia nuova e non logorata, come invece mi è capitato in altri hotel addirittura a 4 stelle. Manca il bidet, ma c’è la doccia, che è pure bella spaziosa, quindi il problema è risolto. La collocazione è in centro, a due passi dalla stazione. La colazione era compresa e abbondante ed il personale si è confermato molto gentile. Ci ritornerei!

Ao chegar no hotel tivemos um upgrade de quarto e ficamos no térreo, o que foi ótimo pois evitou que tivéssemos que subir escadas com as malas. O quarto era espaçoso, limpo, confortável e silencioso. Toalhas e lençois de boa qualidade e excelente limpeza. O café da manhã foi bom e o wi fi funcionou bem. Funcionários atenciosos e localização excelente, muito perto da estação de trem e dos principais pontos turísticos da cidade.
