“Wonderful Experience”

Great location....wonderful decor of lobby, bar and room. Great mattresses! There is street noice, but that is everywhere in Florence..very active city. Very hot in rooms, but it was cold outside, so OK. Didn't eat meals there, but enjoyed bar. We extended our stay there by two days instead of going out to villa in Tuscany. We just took day trips out and came back to our great room and hotel!

“Good value for the Money should be a five star hotel!”

The hotel is very nice, the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff was very attentive, we even stayed an extra night. I highly recommend it, it is very well located.

the staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. we were welcomed like royalty and catered to throughout our entire stay....excellent concierge services. the room was in great shape and the breakfast was excellent. can't think of one negative. we stayed at all 4 and 5 star hotels throughout Italy and this was probably the best.

“Location .... Can't wait to return”

I have travelled extensively and this hotel in four short days has become one of my favourites. The location is the best in Florence. Cleanliness of hotel was excellent. There were three in our travel party and upon arrival they upgraded us to a family room. Perfect for myself, my adult daughter and my mother.....I had read in many reviews that this often happens and was thrilled when i was informed of our upgrade... this hotel with respect to maintenance and cleanliness was superior to the 5 star hotels we stayed in in Rome and with a much lower price tag. I loved this hotel, their staff and location. Dinner recommendations were the best.. the gentleman at the front desk actually walked us out the hotel to a little place around the corner and introduced us to the owner... we loved the staff Breakfast room delightful and food plentiful hot and cold selections The bar and lobby wonderful to place to put up your feet and once again be pampered after a full day of sight seeing.... ended every night here with a drink... often the other hotel guests ended up in the bar at the end of the night as well... quaint and friendly meeting place... The only place to stay in Florence....I have stayed in more expensive hotels in Florence on a previous visit.. but this place i will return to again and again

“Can't say enough wonderful things”

This hotel was the best. Couldn't have had a nicer experience, the staff was the best. The rooms were beautiful, the location excellent for walking anyplace in the city. Anything you need or want was provided by the staff, including wonderful recommendations for dining and arrangements for any tours and transportation. Would definitely stay here again.

“Fantastic Place to Stay in Florence!”

We stayed for 7 nights at the Bernini Palace and absolutely loved our stay. The hotel is in a perfect location - it's a quick walk to all the major sites but removed enough that it was quiet and not that crowded near the hotel. The staff was excellent and was able to help us make dinner and taxi reservations. The breakfast every morning was wonderful - proscuitto and fresh melon, eggs, granola, made to order coffee/cappucinos - they had it all! Our room was very spacious and nice, with a beautiful bathroom. It was so nice to have such a clean, comfy, and COOL (central AC!) room to come back to every night. We will definitely stay here next time we're in Florence!

“A Wonderful Friendly Hotel”

This was my 5th trip to Europe. I'm careful not to book a hotel that I haven't read reviews on. This hotel was exceptional. The staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. The location was beautiful. One block from the river and out of the busy noisy tourist sections. There are so many little, out of the way places to eat. Florence is amazing and staying in this hotel truly made our trip memorable. I would recommend it to anyone and stay there again myself.
