Excellent position. Florence on your doorstep.Posted Jul 13, 2014
The hotel is a welcome haven from the hustle and bustle of the touristopolis. Friendly staff; excellent service and generous rooms. I was on the fifth floor and heard relatively little noise given the hotel's central location.

Perfect spot!Posted Jul 10, 2014
Pros: Smart but still relaxed, very clean and a great location.
Cons: The bath could be bigger i.e. UK size baths but I suspect that would be the same in most Italian hotels.
Location: Central location without suffering from street noise. 50metres to Palazzo Vecchio and Uffizi.
A great location. Spacious, spotless bedroom & bathroom with lots of little luxuries. Stylish foyer & bar too. Make use of the concierge for tips on making the most of your stay / restaurants etc. We'll definitely return.

A beautiful and charming hotelPosted Jul 6, 2014
Location: Very close to all the main attractions in Florence as well as many very nice restaurants.
This was a very charming and beautiful hotel right in the heart of the old part of Florence. It was walking distance to all the main tourist attractions with many restaurants nearby. The room was very lovely although the outlook was non-existent but this did not matter to us. The staff were very helpful and friendly as well. The breakfast was just lovely and had everything you could possibly want.

Great locationPosted Jul 6, 2014
Great location. Good breakfast. Most front desk staff are nice and helpful. Had to wait for 30 min at checking in when we arrived after 3 pm. A taxi driver called by the hotel who took us to the train station was not honest. He drove us for a circle and when we pointed it out, he did not correct the meter. The normal charge is 11 euro. He charges 18 euro. The taxi Servizio Pubblico is 572. The license plate number is BY-866LG.

Bernini palacePosted Jun 29, 2014
Pros: not much not to like
Cons: water pressure for shower / bath was a little sluggish but as much hot water as you would like
Location: Fantastic position within a block of the Uffizi Museum, and 3 of the Duomo. and 2 of the Ponte Vecchio
Beautifully decorated and staff were delightful. Rooms excellent size with separate dressing area and bathroom. Small rooftop patio. Food (we had breakfast only) was a buffet including cereal, fruit, hot food or continental. Eating out your spoiled for choice with all budgets and tastes catered for. Evening temperature in June was perfect without becoming chilly as the sun went down. Uffizi museum, Duomo cathedral, Accademia museum (Michelangelo's David). Ponte Vecchio bridge, Santa Maria Novella church, Gallileo museum plus innumerable squares and pavement cafes to people watch over a coffee or a glass of wine all within easy walking distance.

Fabulous hotel in the heart of the cityPosted Jun 26, 2014
Location: Close to River Arno, many restaurants in lively squares nearby. Lots of narrow streets to explore. All famous landmarks within easy walking distance.
We stayed in room 106 on the executive Tuscany floor. It was luxurious and comfortable. Only thing missing was a decent view from the window. Breakfast was superb as was the service. Location perfect to explore a wonderful city.

Nice Hotel, Great LocationPosted Jun 18, 2014
Pros: Modern, Clean. convenient
Cons: Staff was a bit rude at times.
Location: Very centrally located. We walked everywhere from the hotel and there are a lot of great restaurants nearby.
This is a beautiful hotel that is very conveniently located. It's not in a main piazza so it is more quiet but still within walking distance to everything include a 4 minute walk to the Duomo and 3 minute walk to the river. The rooms were very clean and more modern than most hotels you'll find in Italy. The cleaning service was definitely on the higher end. I never got to their breakfast service but my boyfriend said it was great. There is a great terrace they don't really tell you about off the 5th floor where you can sunbathe. It's very private and great for a late night drink or chat with a friend or significant other.

Perfect central locationPosted Jun 11, 2014
Pros: Clean, tastefully decorated, well equipped, welcoming and interesting
Cons: Minor repairs needed in bathroom, otherwise nothing required
Location: All the main sights in Florence are nearby
The hotel and staff were magnificent. We were greeted, by name, as we walked into the hotel and throughout our stay the staff were all friendly and attentive, without being intrusive. We came to see the main sights in Florence and to relax and could not have asked for a better location or more comfortable hotel.

Relaxed and relaxing Hotel with character.Posted Jun 10, 2014
Pros: It was excellently situated in the centre of Florence and most of the many attractions of Florence were nearby.
Cons: If I must criticise something, it could only be the directions to the bedrooms. A little confusing.
Location: As above.
We were made very welcome and the staff were charming and attentive. The room and the public areas were clean and full of character and the ambiance of the Hotel was full of Italian charm.
