Hot breakfast was good.

Pros: The hot breakfast.
Cons: The pool and cable.
The pool was dirty and not fit to swim in. Our tv only received 1 channel until we told the staff, we had to change the channels and turn the tv off manually.

Attentive Staff

TV remote did not work when I first arrived. Front desk immediately came to room and changed out the batteries. An hour later remote problem reoccurred and the next shift front desk lady also came to room and reset remote. Hotel needs new soda machines as the first and second floor machines were out of order. Had to go to third floor to get to a working machine after walking to first and second floor machines with no success.

Executive suite wasn't set up for a family of four. Only thing that was really unpleasant was that even though our room was non-smoking you could still smell smoke in our room.

Pros: Breakfast offerings and location
We had standing water in the tub (2" to 3") while taking a shower. I Told the desk clerk about the situation and she acted as though I had not set the drain correctly. I have some plumbing experience and found that explanation weak.
