Adresse originale et confortable à Florence

Posted Apr 28, 2015

Staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful

Posted Apr 22, 2015
Pros: Staff, location & spa.
Cons: Air conditioning for hotter summer months.
Location: Location perfect, around 10 mins walk from the train station. A short walk to the Duomo and all the piazzas.
We chose this hotel partly because of the spa. Numbers were limited to 4 people at a time which was ideal. We never had a problem booking and usually there was no one else visiting the spa at the same time as us. Limited to 1 hour a day, go every day if you like. All staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. Room was great although air conditioning didn't appear to work, we didn't raise this as a concern as it didn't bother us (April). Breakfast was great. We liked this location as Santa Croce appeared to have a lot more bars open later at night.

Excellent hotel centrally located

Posted Apr 14, 2015
Pros: Decor, comfort, staff, facilities, breakfast
Location: Surrounded by many excellent restaurants. Only a short walk from Piazza Duomo, the Uffizi and Ponte Vecchio
An extremely comfortable hotel with very friendly helpful staff. Very close to all the major sights. We would recommend this hotel to anybody travelling to Florence and would certainly stay there again

Perfect location

Posted Apr 12, 2015
Pros: Everything! It was the very best stay we could imagine and when we go back to Florence we will stay here again.
Cons: Nothing really. It has to be maintained though, the same way it has been so far.
Location: The hotel is situated in the very best spot and you can easily reach whatever you want to see in a few minutes.
The very best location within the city centre of Florence, Italy. The staff is the very best and helpful and the design in the hotel is both interesting and amazing. The room we stayed in was not large but absolutely OK. The bathroom - the same. Breakfast very tasty, rich and fresh.

Fantastic location, friendly staff.

Posted Apr 6, 2015
Pros: Friendly staff, location and comfort.
Cons: Maybe have more time slots for the spa room, it was only in the evening and might have been nice to use other times.
Location: The location is fantastic, we walked easily to the Duomo, the river, the Uffizi, the Academia, even the train station.
My daughter and I stayed 2 nights in this fantastic hotel. The location was very central, near the Duomo and walking distance to all major sights. The staff were so friendly and really helpful. Our room was on the 3rd floor, spacious and airy with windows to open if you like, was quite warm in the room. Breakfast was buffet, plentiful and included some warm food also. There is a bar downstairs and staff will accommodate you there pretty much all hours! Also, there is a small gym and spa room downstairs, really lovely; a sauna, steam room and hot tub, nice after lots of walking.

Good location

Boutique hotel very well located, in the middle of Florence's historic city center. The room was very small, even for European city standards. Well decorated and nicely renovated, though. My room opened to a central patio, which was a drawback at night because of loud music and conversation in the lobby/lounge area.

great central hotel

Posted Mar 13, 2015
Lovely hotel only few minutes from Duomo/Piazza della Signoria/Santa Croce Plusses: very comfortable; very central for main sights; spa is small with great facilities; breakfast plentiful; staff very helpful. Minusses worth knowing about: rooms aren't huge (esp bathrooms) but for this price in this location, totally reasonable; rooms at the back of the hotel are on a street that has a bar of some sort that chucks out a bunch of noisy people (and a dog?) at about 3am each night - not good for lighter sleepers. Overall: very good - would stay again, but would ask for a courtyyard room if possible or take better earplugs.

Great spa

Posted Feb 24, 2015
Staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble. Surprised to find no coffee making facilities in the room as it's a 4 star. Some noise from outside despite being on 3rd floor, but the hotel is in a perfect position in the city. Excellent breakfast, plenty of choice. Highly recommended.
