"Excellent location, dining, and staff"
The only drawback is the size of the bedroom/bathroom which is slightly cramped. Nevertheless, the remaining attributes of the hotel, in all respects, are more than sufficient to forgive the room size concern.

"Outstanding property, service and location."
The property is unrivaled on the eastern side of Florence on the Arno. The service in impeccable and for those who are not used to this level of service and the costs thereof (in previous reviews) then this isn't the property for you. For myself this was the most relaxing experience I have had yet in Florence and I will not stay anywhere else when in Tuscany (near Firenze.) The shuttle bus service is perfect, taxi service in the evenings after the last shuttle is about €23 and 15 minutes.

"Excellent"
This is an excellent boutique hotel! The hotel is beautiful inside and out. Our room was very nicely decorated, clean, and extremely well equipped! The service here, in one word, is Exceptional! I won't list all the details to prove it because there are too many except saying that it's very good value for your money. This is in no means the most expensive hotel we stayed in Italy during our trip but is definitely the best. So book your stay here and experience it yourself. You can't go wrong.

"A palace that delivers"
From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave you know that you are staying in a very special hotel. This Palazzo is actually a palace and if you are looking for somewhere that will etch itself into your memory in years to come, this IS it. The staff are all extremely polite and very friendly, nothing is too much trouble. The suites are beautiful. We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and the frescoed suite Smerelda was exactly what we were looking for. Unique in every way. The breakfast room was exceptional with a huge crystal chandelier over the table offering a wide variety of food. Eggs any way, coffee any way and some wonderful bacon were among items on offer. There was even bubbly to enable us to make our anniversary breakfast toast to each other . Undoubtedly the icing on the cake is the terrace at the top of the Palazzo. It offers incredible views of Florence and to have the opportunity to dine there is not to be missed. To say that we had a wonderful time here is an understatement. We are so glad that we found Palazzo Magnani Feroni and look forward to staying again when we return to Florence. Nowhere else would even compare.

"Extremely well located, excellent services!"
Very good!!!!!! This is a highly recommended hotel. The location is best, and the room was perfect. We got a free upgrade to a bigger room for a total of 4 nights. It was a room in the old historical stone building. Perfect setting for a medieval Italian movie. Only setback was the wifi in this room; the old stone wall is too thick and this inhibits better reception. But according to the hotel, they are aware of this and trying to improve the wifi network. Apart from this, this is the best hotel in Florence I would say!

"I would choose that hotel again"
I was in Florence for a conference. The Orologio is very well located, near a busy square yet well isolated for the noise, everything is close by, the staff is very helpful. I though the pillows were a little thin for my personal liking, but overall the room was very comfortable. I will strongly consider going back to this hotel next time I go to Florence.
