“Good Hotel”

The hotel was clean and comfortable.

“BEWARE”

Terrible. We checked in to find no towels in the room, dirty linens and hairs all over the bathroom floor. We attempted to call the front desk and eventually had to go downstairs as no one picked up (they were out front smoking). They gave us bath towels only, no wash clothes or hand towels and a clean blanket. Not all the outlets in the room worked and the refrigerator was unplugged creating an off smell. The beds were uncomfortable as well. I travel a lot and generally find Country Inn to be a nice, clean stay. Not in Florence that's for sure. I'll also be calling the corporate office as this was completely unacceptable.

“Good Stay”

I was pleased. Located conveniently off 95, staff friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay again when in the area. Rates were reasonable. Call ahead and check specials before reserving to get the best rate.

“Smoking problem”

The only problem was that there had been a smoker in the bathroom in a no-smoking room. When we tried to be re-assigned, we were told that there were no other rooms available. It made for a less than comfortable stay.

“Country Inn”

The Country Inn was a very nice hotel. It had a great "at home" feeling. The rooms were well cleaned beds were comfortable and most of all spacious. Thanks to Expedia my two rooms were extremely cheap considering the summer rates. Also they have GREAT cookies :)

“Very nice after a long 12 hour road trip”

We left from Columbus hoping for a 10 hour trip, but due to traffic, accidents, etc, the trip lasted for 12 hours. We were worried that the hotel would not be good, but it was a pleasant surprise. Pool was nice, room was very quiet and comfortable, and breakfast was always restocked. Will definitely stay there again on our way to Myrtle Beach next year.

room was quiet and clean...bathroom could use a little maintenance like caulking around tub. continental breakfast was OK

“Be Careful of the Down Comforters and Pillows”

Great Hotel! Just wish they had some foam pillows available. My wife is allergic to feathers so no matter if the pillows and comforter are hypoallergenic, they still cause her problems. Before I checked out, I made return reservations for a King room. When I arrived, my reservation was totally wrong. I had asked for smoking, there were no smoking rooms available. However, they made accommodations and handed me one ash tray. When I asked for foam pillows, there were none. I requested a refund of my money and went elsewhere.

“Great hotel for the price”

Hotel staff were courteous, room was clean and comfortable, would stay again on next trip and would recommend others to stay here.
