This is an absolute goldmine find! Not only was the room huge and beautifully decorated, but there was separate dining room and kitchenette. The breakfasts were awesome, served to our room every morning.. Everything about this hotel is fantastic, but most of all because of Blerina, who with her husband, made the stay fantastic.

Charming and Conveniently LocatedPosted Jul 2, 2010 on Hotels.com
We absolutely loved this little hotel. It is in a very convenient location to the Duomo in the old walking section of town. The front desk was very helpful and very nice. Our room was adorable and spacious with a lovely little garden courtyard. I would recommend it highly and will stay here again on my next trip to Firenze.

Florence Firenze Suite - more than we expectedPosted May 10, 2010 on Hotels.com
We were extremely pleased with our stay at the Firenze Suite. It was quite close to the center of town (The Duomo). Being 1-2 blocks closer would have been nice, but it wasn't much further. The area felt fairly safe. At night it felt a little less safe. This is a small, boutique hotel in an older building. Renovated not long ago. Our room was large, with a beautifully painted ceiling. We were pleased to have an unexpected kitchenette and free wifi internet. The staff was extremely kind and eager to help. They speak perfect english. The only (small) criticisms I'd give are that the towels are too small, the shower basically sprays all over the bathroom floor, and it would be nice to be 1 block closer to the main square. I would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it. If you're looking at this hotel, and coming from the USA, just be realistic. European hotels aren't as accommodating as American hotels. That's the reality. Having said that, this is a great option in Florence.

A pleasant stayPosted Mar 31, 2010
My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights on our honeymoon. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and everyone was very friendly. Access to computer/internet was extremely helpful for looking up tours/attractions hours and availability. Street/traffic noise is our biggest complaint, and they can't really do anything about that. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

Homey, clean, quiet, comfortablePosted Aug 14, 2009 on Hotels.com
We thoroughly enjoyed this suite, which was just perfect for ourselves and two daughters travelling with us. The suite was great, kitchenette had just what we needed (including espresso maker and coffee), and the manager was very helpful, even though we arrived late. Location was good for seeing the sights. Just a short taxi ride from the main train station, and 20 minutes or so from the airport.
