“room service menu”

everything was amazing, just wished that they had larger variatey of choices in the room service menu, most of they all day snacks are ham and we do not eat ham.

My partner and I have just enjoyed a 5 day break at the Gallery Art Hotel in Florence. Perfect location and fantastic hotel. Highly recommended,really can't fault it. Fabulous.

The hotel was really great! The staff, the room, the location was excellent. Everyone working at the hotel were really friendly and were very kind to our familiy (especially to our baby boy). I would again choose this hotel for my stay in Florence. The room was huge and quiet, the bathroom had a bath tub which was very nice. One of the best hotels I have stayed in.

“Gallery Hotel Art Florence - A Little Different”

On arrival there was a red carpet laid out - an event was being held in the bar. This is a common occurrence (3 times during a week in April) but did not disrupt the guests in any way. Check in was simple and straightforward and we were offered a special breakfast deal at a reduced rate provided we booked for the duration of our stay. The breakfast buffet was excellent, although some might prefer a larger selection of hot items, so the deal was accepted. Breakfast options were expensive (boiled eggs €6) so best avoided. The sky bar in the Continental Hotel opposite was available to guests. Worth it for the view alone and drinks appeared to include unlimited canapes, nibbles and cheese. The location of the hotel is perfect, within walking distance of all the major galleries, sights,and transport but just outside the main tourist routes. Rooms are very comfortable with fresh linen and towels daily. Air conditioning and heating is under guest control and not obtrusive. If windows are opened at night there may be some noise from early rising Florentines. Comprehensive room service menu available but no tea /coffee making facility in the room. TV, radio and internet available on the media screen and good free Wi-Fi. No BBC channels were available. The hotel has a laptop for guest use if required. The staff were all very pleasant, helpful and multilingual. Very difficult to fault this hotel

“Style in Florence”

Excellent central location in Florence. Pleasant and friendly staff. Room was quite spacious and very clean and nicely decorated.

Perfect position in Florence, steps to the pointe vecchio. Staff were very helpful and fusion restaurant the best food we experienced in Italy.

Stayed in The Gallery numerous occassions. My wife and I noticed that Hotel needs some improvement with Condition and Maintenance of Hotel (ex: Lobby walls, Hallway walls, Elevator, Bathroom tub)

“Great hotel in Florence”

Hotel was in a wonderful location for everything that is central in Florence. There was a rooftop bar in its sister hotel across the road and a wonderful asian fusion restaurant in the hotel itself. The hotel rooms were lovely and clean and a nice size for being in the middle of Florence.
