“trés sympa dans la campagne toscane”
Personnel à l'écoute. Réveillon du 31 décembre avec karaoké et musique trés sympathique.
“brava italiano!”
The hotel lies among the hills with spectacular views. The staff were freindly and most accommodating and we could not fault the service or facilities in any way. We would go back there for a longer stay.
“Toskana Urlaub”
Das Hotel liegt hoch oben im Gebirge vor Florence. Man braucht mit dem Auto dadurch gut und gerne 1h bis dorthin. Für einen Urlaub um die Toskana zu erkunden liegt es äußerst ungünstig. Außer eine schöne Gebirgslandschaft gibt es da auch nicht viel. Im Ort sind ein paar kleine Lädchen. Generell ist das Hotel so, als wenn es vor 20 Jahren mal ganz nett war, aber seit dem nicht mehr viel gemacht worden ist. Die Anlage ist, wenn man etwas draus machen würde ganz nett, aber es macht keiner was. (Dreckige Campingstühle, alles umgekippt) Das Frühstück war eher spärlich. Keinesfall hat das Hotel 4-Sterne Komfort. Die Zimmer haben den Charme der 70er Jahre. Die sanitären Anlagen sind eher ungepflegt und haben schon einige Jahre auf dem Buckel. Wir waren allerdings im seperaten Gebäude untergebracht. Viele Gäste gab es da jedenfalls nicht. Gott sei Dank waren wir auch nur zwei Nächte dort.
“Great service”
We recently stayed in this hotel with our 3 children and found the service to be wonderful. The reception staff were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. The hotel is in a beautiful location although well out of town. It has lovely restaurants at a reasonable price within walking distance. The hotel although old and tired was very clean and comfortable.Would definatly stay again.
“decu, un peu loin de firenze”
hotel un peu ancien, un tres bon accueil , tres mauvaise isolation phonique avec l'escalier interieure , loin de florence car il faut 20 minutes de route de montagne dangereuse(etroite et de nuit personne) le gain sur le prix des chambres et vite perdu car a firenze tous les stationnements sont payants (1 euros minimun de l'heure)Bac a douche dans la chambre (du jamais vu)et plus d'eau chaude entre 7 h et 8 h
“Heeft onderhoud nodig”
Het hotel is oud en heeft onderhoud nodig, voor mij gaat het daar ik het enkel gebruik om te slapen. Zeker geen verblijfshotel en ver van alles af

Grande chambre en RDC. Pb au niveau chauffage. Petit déjeuner un peu juste mais correct.
“Un buon compromesso”
L'hotel meriterebbe una ristrutturazione. Il servizio è molto cordiale e discreto. La località è molto tranquilla, e in meno di venti minuti sei in centro a Firenze. Sei in mezzo alle colline del Mugello e ti puoi muovere agevolmente; in auto è stato bello, ma in moto sarebbe stato il massimo.

Quando siamo arrivati ci era stata assegnata una camera per nulla confacente al nostro gusto, tanto che abbiamo chiesto se era possibile andarcene. Il personale alla reception, molto dispiaciuto, ci ha comunque detto che non c'era problema.. Venti minuti dopo ci ha stupito proponendoci con un timido sorriso una camera molto particolare fatta apposta per noi. L'hotel è in stile ed è piacevole. La colazione è abbondante e da modo di cominciare bene una giornata di relax o lavoro..
“4 sehr verblasste Sterne”
Dieses wunderschön gelegene Hotel im Hinterland von Florenz hat schon mal bessere Zeiten gesehen. Hier scheint die Zeit seit mehreren Jahrzehnten stehen geblieben zu sein. Dringenst müssten viele Reperaturen und Renovierungsarbeiten erledigt werden - keiner scheint zuständig zu sein. Die beiden Häuser und das phantastische Gründstück verwahrlosen zusehens und der Hotelgast (wir waren für 2 Tage die einzigen Gäste)fühlt sich fehl an diesem Platz. Das Frühstück war an diesen 4 Tagen unseres Aufenthaltes sehr dürftig und ohne jegliche Abwechselung. Die 4 Sterne waren vielleicht in den 60er bzw. 70er angemessen. Heute verdient nur die Lage des Hotel diese Sterne.
