Couldn't find any faults.Posted Oct 19, 2014
Pros: Quality surroundings all beautifully presented.
Cons: Nothing really only the siting of the wall mounted hair dryer!
Location: Everything is nearby.
Husband and I, plus two friends, spent few nights here in October. The hotel couldn't be more central for all of the sights. We walked everywhere. The hotel runs like clockwork and the staff were all charming particularly those on reception. We thought Italians didn't really do much for breakfast but it was beautifully presented and really good variety. We had a very comfortable bed with lovely bed linen. A great place!

Very nice hotel, fantastic locationPosted Sep 26, 2014
Pros: Very good standards and was walking distance to all major attractions. Would strongly recommend.
Cons: Coffee at breakfast never very hot, must be pre-made and stored in jugs, not fresh tasting. Kitchen door straight into eating noisy
Location: you name it, you can walk to it from this hotel, fantastic!

Great location in historic areaPosted Jul 3, 2014
Pros: Staff, location
Cons: Food, in room coffee, converter plugs, decor.
Location: All historic sites are within walking distance!
We spent three nights in the hotel. Hotel staff was very friendly and very accommodating. Location fabulous, on quiet piazza near everything. Our room was immaculate. However, instead of a Nepresso or other high quality coffee maker in our room, we had a hot water pot and instant coffee... Other drawbacks: not enough converter plugs to supply all guests, ridiculous internet log-on procedure, terrible bread at continental breakfast, lobby computer printer lacked cartridge, lobby decoration that takes the term eclectic too far.

Lovely stay in FirenzePosted Jun 13, 2014
Warm welcome. Hotel is tucked in the corner of a lovely square which is quiet despite being the site of 2 lovely restaurants. Room was perhaps a little small, but immaculate and bright with a large modern bathroom. Would definitely return!

Great Location, right in the centre of Florence.Posted Jun 2, 2014
Pros: Everything already said plus from this great location you can walk everywhere in Florence, there is no need to use public transport.
Cons: The attitude to "some" of the staff, which varied from excellent to indifferent.
Location: All the main places to visit in Florence are a short walking distance from this great hotel. Good quality leather goods everywhere you look.
For such a central location the hotel enjoys a quiet setting. The facilities and room were extremely well kept and clean. A great and varied breakfast, but did not try the restaurant in the evening. We were there to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary and definitely chose the right hotel - we were presented with a bottle of bubbly and some canapés but unfortunately on the wrong day, they kindly took it away until our anniversary date, but unfortunately never arrived back..!! In summary a great place for a great occasion.

Excellent hotelPosted May 31, 2014
We stayed for two days during our honeymoon and were upgraded to a junior suite which we really appreciated as a great gesture from the hotel. The staff were friendly and we didn't have to be bothered worrying about something from room service to taxi pickups. We just had a noisy guest upstairs playing basket ball in their room! I didn't complain as I was up already and it wasn't the hotel's mistake

Best hotel in FlorencePosted Apr 27, 2014
Cons: Stay longer
Location: You are very close to everything. A few minutes walk in any direction will put you in another historic area of Florence.
This was our 2nd time to stay at this hotel and it was better this time than the first, and that time was great. The staff and the room was wonderful. Every time we asked for something they did their best to accomplish it in a timely an professional manner. Yes we would gladly stay there again.
